It was such a beautiful hotel with amazing staff

Everything of this hotel was amazing. I would say almost 100% but next time I do need to ask if there is some sort of little league or a children's function because I booked this for relaxation. I decided to stay in the jacuzzi since the pool was full of kids but kids would jump into where I was, splashing my face none stop. I could not get upset but was disappointed since I was looking forward to this R & R time for myself.

It’s a good location if you want to stay a bit outskirts of the city.

This was our 4th time staying here within long periods of time. I’ve always wanted to come back because I like it. However this last stay was horrible. I’m not sure if we got a crappy room or what happen but our room wasn’t all that clean. Carpet in the entrance was ripped, bathroom wall seems to be falling apart, room door slammed so bad it was not safe at all, counter had coffee stains, outlets didn’t work, pillow was dirty, toiletries were not stocked I had to call. Pack and play really sucked ! Very uneven, the middle part really stood out. Elevator not working, we also wanted to come back because they have a restaurant downstairs which seems very convenient with 2 kids only to come to find out that they don’t have a ramp to get down if you have a stroller I don’t even wanna think about someone being handicap and coming here ! Breakfast sucked not worth it due to its minimal selection of things. Someone texted me about our stay and I told her I was happy and they said they would contact me the next morning but no one ever did. In overall I did not have a pleasant stay, I would not recommend it nor would I like to return.

The beds, desk, heating/cooling, fridge, sage, closet etc we’re all nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I’m glad to be a honors member. Next time I’ll choose a site with newer bathrooms and more affordable meals

Bathroom was outdated, had hair in the shower when we arrived, stains on the floor and was overall not appealing. The toilet is extremely loud wen flushed and the sink water pressure is not good at all.

Great location if you’re visiting Torrey Pines State Beach.

The room was terrible and quite small. The couch in the room was trashed with several rips and holes. The king size bed was not comfortable at all. Our reservation clearly stated that there were two adults and two children and yet there was no bedding for the couch bed. When we asked for bedding they sent one pillow.

Property was great. Renovations were going on but didn’t cause discomfort.

Soap dispenser in the showers need to be moved. We kept knocking into them as we showered due to them being right by the shower head area.

Only 1 elevator was working so it was a long wait for one. Found stray Hair on clean towels in bathroom

Property was located not too far from downtown with quick access to La Jolla and Torrey Pines. Staff was excellent in every way and accommodated our requests when they could. Elva was great when she received us and helped me upgrade to a bigger room knowing we had a child. Breakfast option downstairs was a good option with a kid. Property also had many restaurant options for dinner and lunch.

Pool is nice

Breakfast is scarce and awful, literally 3 types of cereals, 2 kind of fruits -oranges and apples-, pancakes, oatmilk, bacon, cramble eggs and that is it. They do not have natural juices. There is no more. Very little for almost $30. So far the worst breakfast at a hotel ever. Marriot is in front of the hotel so do you a favor and better take breakfast there.

Great location of the freeways. Staff at registration and the restaurant bar are extremely nice and helpful. The patio has a number of fun entertainment options. Rooms are large and modern. Such a great value.

The location was great for where we needed to be and was very clean.

The one working elevator took forever. The breakfast Buffet for $25 is not worth the price. They served the same breakfast you can get at a holiday inn for free. Also some condiments you have to ask the staff for instead of it being out. One of the front desk workers was very rude when I asked if I can use a pair of scissors. They declined this request.

Las instalaciones principales están prácticamente remodeladas, los jabones que ofrecen huelen delicioso y todos los días a todas horas ofrecen galletas calientitas y riquísimas!!!! Solamente debes pedirlas en el front desk

Al entrar a la habitación pude notar un sillón roto y el colchón un poco viejo

The property is fine We stayed on the second floor The AC was loud I could not sleep we had to switch room and got a room on the 3rd floor. The AC was much better not loud Make sure to test AC and the toilet if you want to stay at this property

Room is spacious and comfortable bed. Clean and service is good.

The breakfast is not so great.
