llegamos a Washinton tarde en la noche ,nos parecio suoer conveniente quedarnos para descansar , nos buscaron del aeropuerto, estuvo todo perfecto, muy buena habitacion, desayuno completo, cumplio nuestras espectativas , al dia siguiente luego del desayuno salimos para Baltimore en tren que era nuestro destino final

Hotel itself was fine, comfortable, helpful staff.
The airport pickup was dreadful. We waited well over an hour, other customers twice as long. The hotel said there had been an outage of their comms system for several hours, meaning they could not receive our calls. Not good enough. We finally called the regional management and then things happened.
The absence of any kind of restaurant in the evening was also a nuisance.

Very happy with our stay here, breakfast was good plenty of room so it was never crowded during breakfast. The pool area was also very clean and open that was a big plus. The beds were comfortable and the size of the room was good.
The hotel is not really close to alot of attractions, restaurants, or shopping. But it is also not a far drive from all the mentioned above. We don't mind driving and exploring so it was not a huge downside.

The pool and hot tub were great! The breakfast was hot and ready to eat. We felt safe and the room was clean.

The only thing that went wrong was that my login for the internet did not work. But I did get an alternate login. Actually I didn't use it.

Front desk staff were excellent.
An employee of the hotel let in his wife and mother/mother in law and three kids to the pool area via the back door. Given it was a small pool and hot tub and other guests were there as well it made it very crowded. The kids also kept jumping in the hot tub and disrupting others. Their behavior made the stay unenjoyable.

They claimed they didn't have my reservation even though I had a confirmation email from Booking.com. I ended up with a King bed instead of 2 Queens, traveling with a friend. The hotel was fine just for one night as they had just gotten into DC on an 8 hour flight. It's a little updated, except for the bathroom that had been remodeled and was very nice.
The whole reservation thing. Also, there was only one restaurant in walking distance.

I liked everything about the hotel. The location, staff, breakfast, and cleanliness of the hotel.
I didn't see anything that I didn't like about the hotel. I will stay there again and I will recommend the hotel to family and friends.

The staff was friendly, the hotel is clean, the room was comfortable, the transportation to the airport was on time, no matter what time it was in the morning, and this last part was the most important thing for me, the shuttle to the airport, they offered me that it was free, now i'm not sure if it was free, because they charged me 40 dollars more, than agreed for the room
I made my room reservation through booking.com, and the rate was 107 dollars with a few cents, taxes included, I was never told about an extra deposit at the hotel, of 50 dollars, which would later be returned to my card, My surprise has been that they charged me a very different rate from the one offered on the page, they charged me 147 dollars, that is, they charged 40 dollars more, without my authorization, worse still, the 50 dollars of the deposit have not been returned to date, and it's been several days...

I didn’t like how when I booked the room front desk told me I would receive a deposit back so I called after 3days they told me it would take 7 days then I call and ask for manager he tell me they don’t give back deposit so I didn’t get my money back he was very rude the ppl at the front desk told me I would receive it I ask for corporate he said there is know corporate so yea bad costumer service real bad and rude

great location, close to the airport. comfortable bed, good breakfast. Maria and Nadia were delightful and helpful in the breakfast room. the food was very good.

Breakfast was good, bed was comfotable
There were people loud and fighting in the hallway in the middle of the night, it took staff a long time to fix the situation. I was not able to sleep and was traveling for work will not stay here again. I had two other reservations and have changed one to somewhere else and am working on changing the second one.
