The room was clean.
There was heavy police presence at the hotel along with a ambulance and a fire truck. The police were at the hotel for hours after the ambulance left with an injured person in it. The officers were in the lobby and on our floor knocking on doors. It made us very uneasy since no one would tell us if we were safe or not. The lack of communication from the establishment was very unsettling. The breakfast said it was included on the website but it was literally $15 per person. Needless to say we did not eat there. We did order dinner from the bar area and it was ridiculously over priced. They served it to us in Styrofoam containers that were literally bowing from the heat since they are not meant for hot food. They need to think about something else to put hot food into so they aren't poisoning their customers.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a lovely hotel.
The only negative at all is they ran out of washing detergent for laundry, I waited until late so my fault for waiting late.

The front desk staff was very nice ( Gabby )
Room was dark and mustty smelling ! Was booked as having a Jacuzzi tub in room was a walk in shower ! Was supposed to have free breakfast then was told it was a $10 charge per person ! Pool was dirty Hot tub was broke and dirty !!

The staff was great
It was dingy. Dirty. Run down. Fridge didn’t work. TV didn’t work. Laundry services didn’t work. The ice machine was disgusting.

The assistance that Dina gave me in the hall when I was confused about my room number and was carrying some food. She was very gracious and helpful!

The property was clean. Set in a nice location.
My only complaint was that there was a red dirt stained chair in the room. If I was the hotel manager, I would have it removed from the room. I was afraid for my 1 year old to touch it and put his hands in his mouth, as most 1 year olds tend to do.

Location, friendly staff, decent quality overall. No major issues.
$10 charge for breakfast is a bit non-sensical for what was offered. Very limited towels for the pool and the rooms were not too well maintained (some items in disrepair). Complementary water bottles were not stocked up although this could have been due to large groups of guests staying for sporting activities.
