The young ladies at the desk were very welcoming and knowlegable.

We had a bathroom sink leak. it took a few hours to get it fixed.

Short/overnight stay, convenient location to attend "special event" ... Front desk clerk Isabella - cheerful, professional ... made me feel "welcomed!" Same for morning breakfast manager! "Value" for my short stay ...
Aware of ongoing renovations. However, upon arrival did NOT expect to see actual renovations!
Small property spaces further complicated due to renovations ... literally had to park on street :(. Room HVAC unit - in spite of turning OFF - continued noise (sounds like constant fan) ... OFF (should) mean OFF (silent/no noise) ...

I booked through bookng.com and wasn't aware that the Hampton Inn was under renovation. My room smelled like a smoking room, we couldn't get the vending machine to accept our cash yet the front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. I don't plan to spend time there again.

For hampton because they are consistant. However very disappointed with this hotel. The shower did not get hot. Didn't even get warm the night I arrived. Early morning dame problem. I packed up to leave earlier than planned so I could travel to next destination and get a hotel w hot showers.I normally look

Breakfast was an excellent selection of warm/hot items and of cold items. Enjoyed the mini waffles with a large selection of toppings. The selection of hot foods were tasty and attractive. The location was good with easy access to the I-575. Several nearby fast food stores made it great for meals.
Some minor maintenance issues in the bathroom (water damage near floor) should be addressed.

The breakfasts were excellent. Very friendly staff.
The elevator floor was very sticky. And our room key didn’t work half the time. Just minor inconvenience to us. I can see where the hotel is in repair. Just not up to the usual Hampton ‘s but I see that repairs are being made.

Front desk staff was very friendly and the Breakfast crew on Saturday morning handled a massive amount of customers to everyone's satisfaction!!
The Gym needs a padded bench for shoulder and chest exercises... to match the free weights.

It wasn’t clean and your shoes stuck to the floor. There was trash in the halls and the staff didn’t seem to care when I informed them of it.

The hotel needs an updating. Rug looked old and stained in our room. Water damage obvious on the ceiling/wall. Hampton has always been my go to because of quality but this one needs work
