The location was perfect, near everything!

I couldn't believe I was charged a ridiculous amount for breakfast, which, by the way, should have been included in the price to start with. The breakfast was very minimal. The did have fresh fruit, but failed to replenish it when it was gone.

Great location, clean

Noisy, kids running up and down the hallway late at night. Terrible room location. Right near the elevator. You could hear the all the noise from the elevator, foot traffic, people talking very loudly at 6am. Very uncomfortable pillows.

Pool was filthy and milky color. You couldnt see the bottom. Jacuzzi was green with debris in it

Walls are a little thin, you could hear anyone next to you unless you have the air on high.

overall the property looks very clean, lots of amenities, and comfortable.

the worst part was that it was very difficult to get the shower at the right temperature and after I was finished, I couldn’t simply slide open the shower door!! I finally figured out to bend down, push at the door on the bottom to open it. that was rather awkward to do but very scary when I couldn’t simply open it as expected and no way yo contact anyone for help. maybe I’d misunderstood but there wasn’t an included breakfast. you could buy that extra at a good price but that wasn’t my understanding.

On Saturday they didn't clean the room

The plumbing was clogged on the bathroom sink. When I arrived there was a lot of noise due to maintenance work going on. I can hear the other guest in the other room speaking.

The shower had a drainage issue, water seeped onto the bathroom floor. neither reading lamp on each side of bed worked. Jaccuzzi was filled with leaves and pool deck was all chipped up (possible construction work?) when I informed the desk of the issues, so they could be fixed before the next guest used that room, there was no concern this may have been an inconvenience for me-she just looked at me and gave no reply.

Constant smell of Marijuana in the hallway and elevator. Someone set off the fire alarm late at night we had to evacuate the room from a sound sleep.
