Staff was very rude when you told her about your concerns they didn't address your concerns had a room with a pole out bed had no sheets on it they. Told me they had a full house and that they didn't have any more sheets. How do you rent a room with a pull out bed and have no sheets on it? And then when you ask for them they tell you they don't have anymore because they have a full house how is that? And then get hung up on. And then the reception to tell you she doesn't know what to tell you. There wasn't even a fitted sheet on the bed.

We were surprised and very very happy with the breakfast!! Thinking it would be ceral and oatmeal, it was a full breakfast bar and was appreciated!! Made the stay.

Breakfast was okay. Bagged eggs? Meh.

Pillows were like sleeping on granite blocks. Maybe you could get Mike Lindell to send some new ones.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very large and comfortable.

There were a number of issues. First, the air conditioning unit would not deactivate. It meant that, approximately every 10 minutes or so throughout the night, it would switch on, blow out VERY cold air for 10 seconds or so and switch off. This meant no sleep for the first night, after a very long international trip! Other colleagues had the same issue, and the control unit very clearly was set to OFF. I asked reception to completely switch it off which they did and it was fine after that (although my room remained unheated for the rest of my stay). The room did not get cleaned without you having to request it at reception. This meant no fresh towels, no shower gel and no water without asking at reception. The leisure facilities are tiny. The "gym" room is maybe 9ft x 9ft maximum. It has only 2 aerobic items, and a small selection of weights etc. They do have TWO passes for the local gym - which is maybe 3-5 minutes walk, but if other guests already have those passes, you are out of luck. The swimming pool is also quite small - I'd guess it is maybe maximum 8-10 meters long. Also, the shallow end is very shallow - the first time I turned I scraped my knee along the bottom of the pool. Granted, you only do this once - you learn quickly...! Note also - there are no changing room, lockers etc - you need to go down, swim, dry off best you can and then walk back to your room in what you swam in. The breakfast selection was adequate for me. I don't generally eat much cooked food for breakfast so the small selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurts was ok for me. But my colleagues were generally disappointed. There is no bar at this hotel. I'll leave it at that. For the price I paid for this, I would have expected a LOT more. If we come back to this area in the future it is highly unlikely we would return to this hotel.
