I really liked Jesse at the front desk. She was wonderful

The room was so old and outdated. The hot water would literally burn skin right from the sink, that is in the room, not the bathroom. It also came out so forceful, that it splashed me and I had to change. The room smelled old and musty. The bathtub didn't drain and I had to shower in about 5 inches of my own bathwater which took about an hour to drain. The breakfast was so skimpy and disappointing. I have actually never stayed somewhere so sketchy. This place needs to be totally overhauled and would benefit from and all ladies area because of how male dominated the patrons were, similar to the Pomeroy in Grande Prairie. Now they have an amazing breakfast, a ladies only section and is updated and clean

the location was good as we were just passing through.

Our bed had hairs, body hairs inside the sheets. The pool area was dingy and dirty, it doesn't look like maintence has been kept up. The elevators were not working, and a man was stuck inside.

The breakfast was good lots to choose from.

The pool was great kept our kids entertained all day long, The staff was great expecially Myrna (not sure how to spell) ..

There was no hot water the entire time we were there so that sucked.. They did give us a small discount when checked out though ..

Overall it was quiet, kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast is yummy..

Unfortunately. My room was so humid I did not fall asleep until 4am and was up at 8 was frustrating.BUT I was y the pool and it was a rainy day.

Sink was dirty, bed was on a slope, fridge rattled all night long. Not a peaceful sleep at all.

room to hot could not cool it down could hardly sleep also no hot water in the morning cold showers there was a water heater problem being fixed but I still had a cold shower for $145 a night should have been given a discount won’t be back there again
