Good breakfast

Room wasn't ready until ~6:30pm

The hotel is fairly new and lovely. The room was clean and reasonably spacious. The beds were very comfortable, the coffee maker and.supplies were good. We asked for, and promptly received, more decaf coffee. The front desk was helpful about printing my boarding passes.

The guest registering before us took forever, so we had to stand and wait about 10 minutes. LOTS of families with younger children on a Tueaday in the middle of June. They were noisy in the halls...not the hotels fault. The restaurant closest to the hotel isn't open for dinner. The restaurant that is open took an hour to bring us our meals. Getting our bill was another 30 minutes after we asked for it. So, despite all the amenities close by (in same parking lot), they didn't turn out to be the advantage we were hoping they'd be.

It was very clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and hospitable from the front desk, breakfast staff and pool maintenance).

Room was perfect. Breakfast was great. Staff are excellent. Hotel is very clean. We stayed at 4 different hotels on our trip and Ramada was by far the cleanest, most comfortable and had the best breakfast selection. Very glad I chose Ramada Drumheller.

There is nothing I can think of that was not to my liking.

The staff were amazing! it was very clean and the pool was the best I’ve ever been too! The complimentary breakfast was fabulous. perfectly seasoned and fresh.

The mattresses were bouncy and in need of replacing. the toilet is way to allow to the ground and difficult for seniors to sit on. finally the picture showed 2 wing chairs and a table which I was looking forward to as we build puzzles and play cards, but it wasn’t in my room. All that said I would stay again due to everything I liked !

Kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast is great. Clean room, enought towels and pillows. Great value for your money.

Breakfast ladies were rude. Asked for a spoon and she just kind of put her hands off like to back off. It just ruined our whole experience in this hotel. The other lady was spraying the table while our food was on it. Rude.rude.rude..

Clean, friendly with great beds and pool with slide. breakfast was simple but perfect.

Great variety of breakfast (included in stay) as well as a fantastic pool/waterslide. Loved the 24hr tea/coffee/water availability in the lobby.

Could have used an extra staff member to work the front desk during peak check-in times to speed things up.

Breakfast was amazing! Kids loved the pancake maker!

The location was excellent, the staff were fantastic and so generous they upgraded our room for us, so lovely!
