Il y avait une odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bain tellement forte qu’on a été obligé de fermer la porte et de laisser la fan de la salle de bains en fonction

L’emplacement, proche du centre ville
Logement non insonorisé, les bruits de plomberie à chaque fois qu’un voisin est dans la salle de bains, les voisins qui parlent, un bruit de moteurs en permanence la nuit, on entend tout… rideaux non occultants.

If you are a single man, recently kicked out of your home and you have enough money for one night in a motel....this is your place. It's clean, it smells good and you can leave your despair on the table as you leave 10 stars

The beds were comfortable, easy access from car to motel room, swimming pool was great,the women working were friendly, everything in the motel room was in working condition.
The wifi was horrible we hardly had reception, you had to pay for tv which should never be for that price, no breakfast, place needs updating- it’s really not that hard to upgrade a place with some new lights, paint, floors etc..

Arrived late (10 p.m.) and the clerk at reception (Ryan) was very kind, polite, provided an excellent customer service. I was expecting two double beds and our room had been upgraded to tow king size beds, which is a nice upgrade. Room was clean, bathroom, clean, no complaints. Small fridge in room to keep food or drinks cold. Large parking area, lots of space to park in font of your room, no issues there.
The room we were given (220) is very close to main road and it is a bit noisy, especially in the morning, if during the week. Also, the bathroom has a gigantic jacuzzi which you have to step in in order to take a shower. In order to fill that gigantic jacuzzi, I assume it must take a good hour, with the water not coming out very strong, I found. Therefore, if you have problems lifting your legs, etc. you might have an issue in that room. I would see a nice Italian shower to replace that humongous jacuzzi, if you think of renovating that room.

Staff were very accommodating when I requested a kettle for the room. Suite was spacious and conveniently located close to Bishop's University. Walking trail along the river behind the motel was a lovely place to exercise the dog. Enjoyed the convenience of a kitchenette so could prepare meals and did not have to rely on eating in restaurants during COVID.
Refrigerator was not cleaned out, found a moldy salad container from the previous occupants. At some point while we were out someone entered the room and ripped the local map off the wall, leaving only the paper corners. As I had been told not even cleaning staff would be in the room, this felt very invasive. Was told the suite came with a fully equipped kitchenette so we could prepare our own meals. No coffee machine or kettle provided. Came with an oven but no oven pans or oven mitts for baking, there was a frying pan but no tongs or flipper for cooking. Oval dinner plates did not fit in the microwave. Made meal prep a challenge.
