I loved that it was right next door to the DCU Center. We also enjoyed the Pizzaria Uno that was attached. Parking was convenient, but be aware there it's an extra $12.00. The room was comfortable. The elevators were very fast. The hotel was sold out but there was plenty of staff and everyone was pleasant.

The hotel is pricey, but the location and closeness to everything makes it worthwhile. The hot tub was dirty. It needs a good cleaning.

The staff was very attentive and nice. The waitress for breakfast was so nice and accommodating with our kids. The hotel maintenance and cleaning staff were all very kind.

The pool tile is a hazard to anyone going in there. The tiles are so slippery my child fell 3 times. The feather pillows were disgusting, brown and stained with drool marks. The beds at other hiltons are of a better quality. The beds need replacing for the amount of money they charge, the quality is unacceptable.

The check in process was quick. The room was clean. The staff recommended a great restaurant right across the street. The Mexican food was amazing. The beds were ok and the ac worked well to keep the room cool. Didn't hear alot of noise outside the window while sleeping

We didn't do breakfast due to the fee being more than we wanted to spend.

The location was fantastic. The staff was very pleasant.

Upon arrival everything appeared to be great!! The bed was comfortable. We didn’t get in until late, changed and immediately went to bed with the tv being the only light. Waking in the morning I was shocked to find soiled bed sheets. as I took a shower the shampoo was empty …not even a pump left… as I took a closer look the room was neat but not clean. There were dirt stains all over the chair in the corner the wall and radiator appeared to have a red stain the bathroom ceiling was dirty along with hair on the ceiling .
