The hot tub was ok

I didn't like the fact that I caught on fire while we were there. And now they're treating us like crap about refunding our money and getting our items back from the hotel. I literally lost thousands of dollars of property in fire

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was great.

Our stay in the room was horrible. We had to move rooms becasue the heating unit in the wall under the window was so loud and it smelled like something was burning. Then we get into the other room and my daughter goes to use the bathroom and the toilet plugs and my husband has to turn the water off becasue it wouldn't stop overflowing all over the floor. The maintenance guy come up and tells us after we wipe we are to throw it in the garbage and not in the toilet. Disgusting and gross! Do you have any idea how unsanitary that is. I want a full refund

Your staff for breakfast were so friendly and helpful. This is so hard to find anymore. Every morning we were greeted and asked if we needed anything. The only thing missing was at checkin. I always thought members were offered a water for the room. When I mentioned a member she said it my number was already there.

The room was clean, plenty of towels, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron. Good breakfast, a little better than most. The staff was super nice, helpful, and friendly!

I would have liked to know ahead of time that we would not be able to use the swimming pool and hot tub due to the hours only being open between 4-11pm. Our check in time was 4 and we had an event to go to until 11:20pm. Had to check out by noon. That was disappointing because we specifically wanted a hotel with a pool!
