This is my third stay at this hotel and it provides a consistent value for money product.

Greek Yogurt at breakfast

Location was okay. Our room was nice. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was great. The shuttle service was great. Drivers were friendly and helpful. C

I didn't think the outside of the hotel where there was outside furniture was clean. Cigarette butts on ground and in the gardens. The table was dirty and should have been wiped every day.

Breakfast was excellent. Quite a variety of options including custom prepared omelets. Room was clean and spacious. Shuttle service downtown was a great touch. Cocktail hour was generic.

One of the reasons for opting for Embassy suites was the sofa bed option in the living room. Terrible nights sleep using this very uncomfortable cheap sofa bed. To top it off the cleaning staff did not make the sofa bed during our stay. I would not recommend this facility if you are going to use the sofa bed. Also, when booking the facility it offered on-site parking but there was no mention of the costs of parking. $35.00 a night! Beware of hidden costs.

It was close enough to the main area but far enough away in a good location

Great size rooms, wonderful breakfast, but the best part was Tony the shuttle driver- and how awesome is it to have a shuttle downtown?!!

We had a few issues with some maintenance issues when we first checked in but they were quickly addressed

Location was excellent, shuttle service was appreciated and easy to use. Breakfast was very good with a huge variety of items and made to order omelets. Managers reception with free beverages and snacks was nice.

The pillows need an upgrade or replacement.

The shuttle was a great convenience to have and the drivers were excellent. The hotel was very clean and we appreciated the friendliness of the staff. I would stay there again and again.

Our faucet in our bathroom sink was broken and water was coming out weird, room was way to hot in the bedroom area and the living room area was freezing. Also booking.com says $26.00 for parking but was charged $35.. Breakfast was OK but not great and was upset there was no way to get drinks after breakfast but pay for them.

Breakfast was great!!!!! Happy hour was a great bonus!

We were towing a small trailer, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a safe and secure parking.

Breakfast was delicious, they had a happy hour that was really good, in a good area of town, rooms were high quality and large, staff was friendly.

That parking deck was the worst I have ever been in. The price for parking is ridiculous, but honestly the valet might be worth the extra $4 to avoid having to drive through that thing.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although we did not use the shuttle service, we did see the shuttle picking up/dropping off at the hotel frequently during our visit. This location is also walking distance from the famous Hattie B's. Water was always available in the lobby.

The fridge holding beverages to purchase in the lobby was broken, and we couldn't find any vending machines. Other than a couple of bars / Hattie B's nearby, there was no where close to walk to and buy water (although this does seem to be more of a Nashville problem than a problem with this hotel specifically).

As we had a King Suite, the size of the room was very generous with a separate living and bedroom. Another advantage was that the room was very quiet. It was located on the 10th floor. As the hotel was located on the Broadway we could walk to Downtown (20 Min walk). Breakfast was good and offered some choices. We used valet parking which worked well and without problems.

Cold temps in eating area … also constant request to clear plates at breakfast often before person is even done & being scooted out of certain breakfast area so staff can clean … I am sure there is a reason & it’s a relatively small complaint but you asked!

It was dirty in areas. Our sink never shut off, our shower leaked, air conditioning barely worked.

It was quite and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Cleanliness of rooms and of course the BREAKFAST. I usually enjoy happy hour but didn’t get a chance to make it this trip.

The shuttle service was wonderful Tony made our trip so enjoyable and hassle free. Tony was on time and we were so appreciative. The breakfast was really a plus and helped us to start the day off great.

It was a little disappointing not having a pool but it was ok because we were out sightseeing most of the time anyway.

The Lobby was nice and plenty of seating

The room felt dirty, not enough supplies, shampoo was just about empty, no tissues, no extra toilet paper.( half a roll for 5 people for three days) pull out couch was terrible.

Room was as expected

Sofa bed is terrible. The kids slept on the floor instead. Initial rate at booking was $232 which it was for the first night, but then Embassy Suites (Hilton) raise the base rate to $326.87 on the second night and $498.82 on the third night. This was Wednesday-Friday evenings. We found out that George Strait was in concert in town Fri and Sat so the hotels jacked up the price. Not cool...

Very spacious rooms!

Breakfast was just ok... it varied in quality from day to day so maybe it had to do with staff. Checkout bill listed valet AND self-park charges when I self-parked exclusively, but the matter was promptly and easily addressed at the front desk. Shuttle broke down on day 2, it's definitely a hike to downtown... but doable. (Not for everyone though!)
