Included breakbeats was really good (variety, quality and service).

Beds were not very comfortable.

The staff was great the lobby was very nice and they let me pick the room floor which was nice.

Our room was top floor and room condition of the roof in the room was not the best. There was a big spot over the bed from a old roof leak. The door knob on the room door inside was hanging off and the bathroom was very small and less to be desired. Toilet paper holder was crooked half hanging off the wall and the knob in the bathroom for cold water was very hard to turn. The ice box top in the room was very dirty.

The facilities itself. Cleanness thru out the facilities, the servers were helpful, nice & smiling. Check-in desk the worker were helpful, generous, professional & prompt checking in people.

Close to locations of the things we were visiting. Staff was friendly.

Room was clean, but there were some things that needed work; loose toilet paper holder, sink knobs were very hard to turn on and off, shower turn on barely worked and water pressure was low.

The room itself, the breakfast, the cleanliness, it was peaceful and was able to really enjoy my anniversary with my husband!

The hot tub could be a bit bigger

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel location was convenient easy access to the freeway. The breakfast was great and fulfilling.

Our room wasn’t fully cleaned. Bed sheets had hair in the pillow cases and in the sheets. There were left over residue from previous guests. Having to pay for parking while staying at the hotel doesn’t seem logical it should be included in the total price of the stay.

Room smelled like old cigarettes and mustiness...I asked reception for a quiet room and was placed directly across from the ice machine and soda machine

I liked the location. I felt we were pretty centrally located to just about anything and everything with a short drive away.

The staff was okay, the rooms were clean but very dated. That bathrooms were horribly small. The hotel was very noisy at all hours.

Good, cooked to order breakfast. Professional, courteous and responsive staff in all encounters.

charging to park in the hotel parking lot. before you know it you'll be charging to use silverware to eat, etc. lets charge to ride the elevators each time I never seen when I booked the room that there was a parking fee. but I m sure it was in small print.

Only a one night stay passing through but will go back next time. Very nice staff, huge, comfortable room, clean, free parking, and food served until 11 PM.

We had a great trip. We didn't have any problems, the staff was great, the facilities were amazing. We were traveling with my kids and I felt that they were greatly accommodated as well. We will definitely be back for any future Denver trips.

Clean, great staff

There was Lacrosse tournament and kids were running all around and playing in elevators. The most upsetting for us was when they checked out and we were finally able to utilize the pool area, the sauna was broken. This was extremely upsetting for us as this is one of the reasons we chose this location.

The housekeeping and breakfast staff were awesome.

I was charged for 2 rooms the one we stayed in and then in a room we were charged no show. I only booked one room would like to be refunded the other room. Front desk had no idea what was going on couldn't even find our reservation when we got there but yet apparently i had two rooms. They said it might be a couple days. That to me is bad buisness you can't just charge people when they did not even book something and they are right in front of you so you know they were there. Ridiculous

Room was spacious and water temp in restroom was perfect

I booked this room because it listed a free shuttle to and from airport. My plane was delayed, so shuttle was not available after 11pm. This cost me 70$ xtra to get to airport. Then I was told that there IS NOT A SHUTTLE, at all! This put a huge deficit in my wallet. Not happy in this matter.
