Staff very nice plenty of car parking and this area is very safe + 7/11 open 24 hours across the street.

Room carpets stains never wash they just vacuum them

Location was OK as it had quick access to the Perimeter Ring Road.

My room have several burn marks on the carpet at the end of the bed so I saw them all the time I was in the room. The restaurant didn't open for breakfast until 8 am so I never got to use the breakfast discount coupon. The carpet never felt clean even after the room was cleaned. No microwave and only 3 hangers in the closet so I had to ask for more.

the bed was very comfortable. the room was good and loved the size of the television. the person who checked us in was very nice and answered a couple question i had at that time. good location. we do come to winnipeg a few times a year, and it seems we always pick this place to stay. so must be something about this place we like.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. For the price ($99 + tx), it was a great deal. Lots of clean towels for the shower. Overall, really pleased.

The place looks old (not dirty) and could use a bit of a refresher. At first, the parking lot (side and back) looked unsafe to leave the vehicle, but in the end, no issues at all. Other than that, Things were great.

The associated restaurant next door made a great breakfast. Large coffee cups

Not sure if they had wifi. Didn't need it or check but was not offered a password.

My room AC wasn't really working. I had difficulty sleeping both nights. Brought the issue to Front Desk, was told I'll have the Manager call me but that never happened. Second, the bathtub was filthy! Found trimmed hair all over.

We had to switch rooms because there had been a smoker before us and the smell was STRONG! cleaning staff said it was from outside.. even the girl at the desk agreed that it was extremely terrible and they should have noticed so we had to switch rooms. however, she was very helpful. Walls are thin so we got to listen to our neighbors knocking the bed up to us on the wall as they had sex!! also, lots of noise from other side til 2 am and heavy doors slamming all night. The shower tap was hard to figure out. There was no microwave. No easy access to plugs! We live in a world of technology and especially for a work trip we needed to charge many things at night! Website said 50% off breakfast at Chicken Chef with our stay but she only gave us coupons for 25% which is false advertising.

The room was recently refurbished . Comfortable bed & bedding .The bathroom had good plumbing , shower & curtain . Quite location though very close to the perimeter highway .

Lack of pluggins for my laptop and phone charging cables etc. The T.V remote was not very user friendly.

I liked the location - nearness to shopping and a major road.

The floor carpets in the room and corridors were dirty. Also, the 200 CAD damage deposit was not refunded to me upon checkout. Up till today, 05/11/2022, it has not yet been refunded.

The price was right, Staff was incredible and went above and beyond to help with some issues we had.

The first room we were put in wasn’t as clean as it should have been.
