I loved the breakfast options and the friendly staff! The location was very nice!

Moved rooms 3 times. 1st room toilet overflow. Foul smell in room (sour). Couldn't get to a manager 3rd day. Manager tried to make it right but then they would not let me check back in until manager Nichole came back in to work.

Staff was fantastic. Friendly and helpful.

Elevator was not working when we got there. It was being worked on, but they weren’t sure when it was gonna be fixed. We had to carry all of our luggage by ourselves up nine flights of stairs. We got to our room and the air condition wasn’t working. We waited about an hour until the elevator was fixed, and then had to go down, check in again and move into a new room. if the elevator hadn’t been fixed, we would have left

They couldn’t find my reservation….at 10pm had to go book another Hotel somewhere else

The location

Elevator out of order, firemen called twice and I believe someone got stuck inside one. Cleaning crew just throw all linens and dirty laundry outside of the rooms and stay there for hours. There is definitely mold on the bathroom ceiling, window had a scary amount of condensation on the inside of the 7th floor, bed frame squeaky, and the black desk chair has never been cleaned since there is disgusting hair and stuff in the crevices. Do not recommend and will not be staying again. Hilton really needs to look into this facility
