great location for us.

we have been Hilton Honors members forever. My wife is wheelchair bound with hip and back problems. The bed offered such poor support that she went without sleep. Our second night we borrowed a bed board from friends hoping that help. Still much too squishy. We called the desk that evening to request a firmer mattress but they did not answer. We called in the am, again no answer. I went to the lobby to find someone who said they’d try to find a decent mattress. i got a call an hour later from an extremely rude and combative manager saying they could not accommodate us and now that it was past checkout they would charge us for another night if we left to find other lodging.

big room, good location.

couldn’t get Wi-Fi to work. couldn’t stream on the TV. room wouldn’t warm up pretty much all night. the thermostat was on 64 when we got in the room. even after turning it up it wouldn’t warm up. there was a girl who didn’t work there but appeared to know one of the employees. she seemed to be on drugs and it made us very uncomfortable to discuss issues with the room and provide our room number. no regular coffee pods in the room.

Room was nice and woman who checked us out the next morning was very helpful.

Gentleman (if you could call him that) who checked us in was not helpful at all. Tried to charge me more than my receipt said from Booking.com and didn't want to do anything about it. Was rude and very lazy. More interested in his phone than taking care of customers.

Comfy bed and pillows. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast options and plenty of parking.

Currently renovating the front desk so it's pretty cramped when you walk in. They could have provided their reception staff with a better setup.

All staffs are very kind, but I'd like to point out specifically the male staff on the evening shifts during my stay, he was super friendly and always did beyond expectations. As a lone female traveler, I find his assistance very helpful.
