Close to the airport

Noisy air conditioner/heater. At 530 am there was no one at the front desk. We needed the shuttle and I had to search the facility for someone. Finally found someone in the kitchen who came out and couldn’t understand my concern. She said “The shuttle’s right there,” but there was no driver in sight.The van driver was MIA for a while and I was afraid we would not get the airport on time. He did eventually come out and we did make our flight. Made for a stressful early morning.

Wish coffee was out before I left. Left at 445

The property was super nice- clean - had everything you could want - nice gym facility with treadmills, elliptical, and weights. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. This hotel is ideally located next to the airport which was the perfect place and was the goal of the stay as I flew out at 0600

Nothing - it was awesome

The breakfast was good.

1. When we got to our room after checking in, the room was very cold. So I adjusted the thermostat but didn’t help. I called the front desk and mentioned that the thermostat maybe broken. We waited for half an hr and no one came. So I went down to speak to someone at the front desk. She was very casual about the whole situation and didn’t care and said oh that room was an issue before and suggested we move to a different room. So basically they gave us a defective room. After arguing with her a bit, I just asked to make sure the maintenance come quickly. It was the thermostat which they didn’t fix previously. 2. When we checked in, I mentioned that we would like to schedule daily cleaning during our stay. The very next day, we saw that our room hadn’t been cleaned. When we asked the housekeeping staff who was cleaning another room, he didn’t know what we were talking about. So then everyday, we had to keep reminding the front desk for our room to be cleaned. 3. The housekeeping staff didn’t line our trash can for two days nor did they keep shampoo refills. They also didn’t clean our beds like we asked them to for one day.
