Comfortable bed and pillows

After booking the room at a stated price, I was surprised to be charged $5 to park my car. If I had asked to leave my car while I was away, I would have gladly paid for that but to pay to park on the 1 night I paid to stay at your hotel (with plenty of parking) is ridiculous.

No breakfast at this location. They advised me to cross a busy street with 6 children to get a hot breakfast.

Staff informed us breakfast buffet in the morning. No breakfast here. Bed broken. No kitchen chairs Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Had to hand wash to use anything.

Was under construction/renovation but the room was OK. Was nice to have the kitchenette.

Clean room silverware and dishes sink stove top Nice bridge relatively comfortable bed. Front desk was nice quick easy check in.

Shower head was broken. Breakfast was okay not great.

the staff had either there kids running around and making you feel like you where in there way and in the pool they were making sure people didn’t stay in long and they kicked us out of the lounge area but the kids could stay

some excessive noise from children in the hall, some of the staff wasn’t overly friendly, hotel is starting to show some wear & tear in bathrooms.

Needs more rubbish cans as there was only 1 in bathroom. Also could use another mirror aside from bathroom as multiple people can get ready for the day

Staff was excellent! The breakfast bar host was filling all the chafing dishes continually ;working hard!. Coffee and food was hot. My husband loved the biscuits and gravy, taste like they were made in the South! A big thanks to all the Staff, housekeepers were excellent and kind!

The shuttle service to the airport is why I chose this hotel. The shuttle drivers were pleasant and accommodatinhg.

When I registered, I requested that the clerk add my name to the shuttle service list as I had a very early flight. Prior to leaving the registration desk, I again reminded the clerk to add my name to the shuttle list. He said he did. However, the next morning when I arrived in the lobby 15 minutes prior to the shuttle arrival and checked with the clerk on duty at the time, my name was NOT on the list. Fortunately, she was able to phone the driver and squeeze me onto another shuttle.

The location was ideal for our early morning flight. The driver of the shuttle was very friendly and helpful. The room had a very nice kitchenette only problem was we had no way to get some food without transportation.

Upon arrival, we asked to arrange a shuttle to take us to airport for a 5 AM flight. We wanted to leave hotel at 3:30 and were told that the airport didn't open til 4 AM. I was also told that we couldn't get a shuttle til 4AM. I explained that our plane starts boarding at 4:30, worrying me as we have never been to this airport, being Southwest we didn't have reserved seats. The wonderful driver arrived at 3:45 took us to the airport and there we saw the airport was open and in fact when we got to our gate at 4:15, the area was filled with passengers waiting for the same flight. Also, the entire hotel is not very clean. The carpeting looks old and dirty and the rooms need updating- look quite worn. We also was filled that day with children coming for a soccer championship in Manchester. So children were running through halls without adult supervision, when we went to use the computer and printer in the executive business room, six boys were using the computers for games, again no supervision. We were not able to get any breakfast as our departure was so early. We had an impossible time finding something to eat for dinner as this hotel is not near any restaurants that deliver. We thought about pizza delivery however with all the kids staying at hotel we knew it would be near impossible to get in a timely manner. When you don't have a car we were stuck without dinner.

Room was clean and comfortable, good location

The fitness center was a mess. Only 1 out of 5 machines in there even worked - 4 broken machines is a new record! Also looked like it hadn't been cleaned up recently at all, with towels and water bottles, etc. all over the floor.
