The breakfast at Stanford Park is outstanding. Ana was an amazing host. Service was outstanding and food was amazing! First time to the Bay Area and our experience was amazing in PALO ALTO.

We loved every moment and can’t wait to come back. The Stanford hotel and its location and amenities made our first trip to the Bay Area the best visit possible.

The room was roomy, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, with a fabulous bed and a very nice shower & bathroom. The common areas were lovely and fairly quiet, and the courtyard has lots of "nooks" in which to spend time with a little privacy. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool was heated, and the hot tub very nice to hang out in.

I personally don't mind trains overmuch, but if there during the day & evening, be ready for fairly frequent train noise from the Caltrain corridor that runs directly behind one of the buildings.

The property was clean.

Breakfast was good (but expensive), WiFi coverage was great.

Staff was really good, although a bit slow to take orders at the restaurant sometimes (especially given the high number of staff vs visitors).

we came for medical reasons. Location was great, close to shopping and restaurants.

It is VERY expensive

very nice rooms, although had to move twice to get one that was quiet

music festival outside was noisy every evening. hotel had sewage smell after rain.

I love everything about this hotel. The rooms are perfect and the staff are warm, helpful and welcoming.
