The gentleman at the front desk helped me get a room on the lower floor because I couldn't do the stairs.it was greatly appreciated 👍

Decently priced, nice warm place to stay. Room was decent size.

The beds are uncomfortable. stayed twice in two different rooms and it seems like they have at least one broken bed in each room.

everything from the slob at check in who made me wait 10 minutes as he talked to his friend on the phone… he was a slug of a person.. bugs in the room… I demand a refund… was disgusted…

The room I was assigned was definitely a plus. The location was surprisingly quiet considering there were rail shunting yards at the end of the street.

Everything was fine - nothing I would say that I disliked.

There was no breakfast. There was nothing that we liked about this place.

They don’t supply wash cloths, shampoo/conditioner, no hair dryer and no box of Kleenex no coffee machine or coffee. Also the hallway was full of cigarette smoke, as well as the room. Had a very hard time to breathe all night. The mattress is old and we could smell the smoke from it. You could hear people talking on the next room. As well as the train outside the window.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable

Couldn't find any way to control the temperature in the room. Had window open all night and there was no screen on the window. Fortunately it was too cool outside for bugs to fly in. We used the tv but many programs listed were not available without a subscription.

Did not feel safe could not sleep, supposed to be non smoking but smelled like smoke. People were sitting outside rooms smoking and smoking weed. When we turned on fan in bathroom the weed smell was stronger.
