The location and lobby was nice
They shouldn’t charge for the breakfast although nicely displayed it is basically a continental breakfast you could get free at most other hotels. Bathrooms need a huge renovation. Our room smelled of musk and smoke.

Good location and clean
When we booked our reservation was with the added breakfast. (Clearly stated on our reservation) When we checked into the hotel they said our reservation did NOT include breakfast and I would have to pay again for it. Then deal with Booking.com to get my money back. After much back and forth they gave us 1 food voucher for the “free breakfast”
I felt it was really poor customer service on this part. I was told it’s not their problem etc.

As much as the rooms were and breakfast was not included I didn't like that. I paid less and other hotels and breakfast was included and they had a very good buffet.

The furniture in the room was chipped, scratched and less than pleasant looking. The bed and shower were ok. The refrigerator did not keep items cold. Michael at the front desk was nice.

Breakfast was very tasty. A good variety of food choices. Location was convenient, since my daughter lives close by to pick us up for daytime activities. Staff very friendly and room was very clean.
We found the air conditioner a bit loud at night while trying to sleep.
