The hotel has a perfect location and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not included, however you can find a few cafes and coffee shops around to grab a bite. The facility is fresh, cozy and comfortable.
Room service needs to be arranged before by sending sms. This is the first time I have encountered something like this. For the price paid, daily room service must come as a default option, things like vacuum cleaning the room everyday, changing towels, adding amenities, replenishing drinking water and removing trash. And this is explained by being an energy conscientious facility. Please add daily room service like all hotels of your class do.

Clean common areas and nice staff working check in and Bar area. Great location and great parking in underground garage
Toilet paper holder fell off wall with normal use. Safe was locked and had to be opened by the staff. No daily room care unless you request the service. Went to bar to have a cocktail but they did not bring drink order after 30 minutes. We checked and they stated they were busy. Had not started on the drinks yet. We left without being served.

Horrible experience at 124 on Queen. People were partying and drinking in the hallway outside my room until 3 in the morning. There were beer cans, pizza boxes and a broken glass outside my door. Staff was indifferent DO NOT STAY HERE.

This has been totally renovated and is spectacular! To me it has been elevated to a five star establishment! Service is impeccable as well as amenities and facilities! I compare it to the elegance of the Bruce Hotel in Stratford. I would highly recommend staying here as the location is fantastic! The bar and restaurant has a great vibe with excellent food and drinks! Will definitely stay here when I come back to NOTL!
Nothing as it goes beyond my expectations as they have thought of everything. Even have electric charging stations in the underground parking garage.

The location was very convenient to everything.
Our room had an issue with the ac. Also, we had a balcony, but it was adjacent to another balcony, and there was no privacy. A large plant between the two, or a short wall would help.

The hotel is very modern and upscale. Great modern rooms, with refrigerator, safe. The shower was wonderful.
The spa is very relaxing and very clean. We ate breakfast and lunch in Treadwell restuarant and the food was very delicious
Booking.com should add on their website what building the room will be! We wanted newest building, because we stayed there already. We booked the room, but it was in old building. Very good too, but we wanted the new. The manager heard us out and moved us to the room we're expecting. We use Bookind.com all the time, so please review your listings and add necessary details.

Excellent location and facility. Could have used a few kitchen utensils such as spoons etc, but that is a very small concession. Also, use of a pool or hot tub would be great.

The location of this beautiful Boutique Hotel is absolutely perfect. The spa and hydrotherapy circuit was exceptional - clean, very well kept, and my group raved aboit the wonderful massages they received from the experienced staff. We will definitely be returning.
