The suite was the perfect size for my large family. The breakfast was pretty good and there were quite a few options.

The rooms towels and toiletries were never replenished. I called the front desk twice for towels and never received them. I had to walk the property and find a housekeeper and ask for towels and toilet paper. I never received any room service the whole 5 days I stayed there.

Breakfast had a good selection. Everything could have been hotter though. Loved having the two room suite with two TVs and kitchenette. Was great that they allowed cats too. Everything was very clean and updated. We played some board games that they had in the lobby which was cute.

Because it's near the airport, people were leaving very early in the morning. There was a lot of door slamming and noise in the hallway early.

the girls at the front desk were amazing!!! my room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 3, I waited till about 3:45 and was falling asleep in the lobby and the manager stepped in and got me a different room so I could relax!! so much appreciated for that! they were extremely friendly, just a great staff you have there overall!!

Good space, clean, good breakfast. Got a good night’s rest after a difficult day of travel from abroad.

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Very convenient to the airport and great to have the shuttle for my friends to get to and from the airport easily. Room was clean and the fireplace was a nice bonus during these cold winter months. Great open space to sit and eat along with the kitchen area. Nice sized fridge and it included pots and pans in the dishwasher! It was very quiet and the beds as well as linens were super comfy.

At the higher nightly rate, I expected the logs for the fireplace to be included in the cost. I paid $8/log which I didn't see mentioned prior to our arrival. It would have been nice also to have unopened dishwasher/dish detergent available in the unit rather than having to go to the front desk in the bitter cold. Also the electric stove was a little weird. I'm a gas stove person myself so a quick set of instructions would have been nice with all the extra knobs and buttons lol

Inexperienced staff at night so it took 4 hrs and police 3am to get a party to stop in the hall. Other than that i requested 1st floor near pool. And got 2nd floor of bldg 6 w no luggage carrier in sight. Ive always hated that bldg
