The price was fair, the bed and chair in room was comfortable and the TV was very good

1st when I called to confirm some things I was told I would not be charged for parking because I was handicapped but when I go to check in I was told it was $20 a day to park but another staff came out and said don’t charge him for that which was a good thing because that’s what I was told, they don’t really clean in the halls stairwells near the bed on the floor or corners or remove hair from bathrooms. We stayed 3 nights and opted not to have staff clean the room daily we called front desk for towels and he said to come down and get them? We weren’t able to at the time so no towels the 2nd night the next morning called again and were told they were no towels available? Because they were behind on laundry??? Then it states online that NO animals were allowed on the premises and yet we saw 10!! Dogs inside of the hotel, there was trash in the halls for 3 days and in the stairwell, some of the parking lot was in an alley? Which was next door to 7 11 and our window faced the alley why would you charge $20 a day to park in an alley with no security??? Unbelievable, NO staff except the front desk spoke English, the ice machines on the 1st night 2nd floor weren’t working and no one was bothered to fix them. The 2nd night there was ppl in the alley fighting and then drunk ppl screaming down the halls talking very loud at 3:00 am which no one did anything about. We have never stayed at a bad Hilton until now… poor service, poor free breakfast, subpar cleaning and upgrading standards holes in door torn wallpaper .

Never got our room cleaned. We even talked to the cleaning lady but no one came. Bodywash was out the first night and never got refilled.

Not too crowded, WHICH IS A PLUS FOR ME N THE FAM. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, FROM THE TIME TO CHECKIN AND CHECKING OUT. My daughter is special need didn’t need that much but requested a few things. And without hesitation they accommodated our needs in a flash!!!! Just the entire staff is super nice and made our stay comfortable and have us coming back because of that.

We could’ve had housekeeping clean our room since we were there for two days. They just brought us towels but didn’t ask if we needed service or needed other complimentary toothbrushes or toothpaste. Which we have but needed a cleaning.

I did not like anything about my experience. The receptionist working did not know what she was doing and she ended up double charging my card. And when the mistake was made she also didn’t know how to fix the matter. Really bad experience.

Terrible experience, was double charged at front desk. For a 1 night stay I was charged $410.00 due to the receptionist double charging my card. Bad customer service, receptionist did not know how to use the computer. Receptionist did not know how to properly check us in. Extremely bad customer service I am sorry. I did not like anything about my experience. The receptionist working did not know what she was doing and she ended up double charging my card.
