The outside pool area was nice and clean. The staff were great. The breakfast was really good. Kids loved the waffle maker.
There was a lot of earwigs in our bedroom that made us uncomfortable. The inside pool was FREEZING!!! Our shower had a purple and a pink hair elastic inside it therefore we know it wasn’t cleaned before we got there :(

We loved the space in the hallways with the patio furniture set up. It allowed us and the kids to not be cramped up in the room. Close to everything in town. Indoor and outdoor pool.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful during Fiona. As an example, they brought sandwiches and coffee from their homes for their guests. Power was restored within 12 hours after the end of the storm.

The location was great, easy to access everywhere we wanted to visit. The breakfasts were okay. I would have like the option if bacon and sausage each day instead of alternating. The eggs were a little wet for my taste but edible. The bbq option was amazing. We had delicious bbq dinners each day! Also loved the night time outdoor swims
The bbq propane tank was empty on our first night. Maybe closer attention to things like this. Also the indoor pool could stay open little later. Outdoor night swimming was awesome, but the mosquitos had a feast

Rooms stinks, hotel is falling apart, indoor pool area falling apart. Was told there is water provided in hallways but empty since day 1, if hotel is full there is no parking. A way overpriced. Only nice area was outdoor pool

The family suite was perfect with 3 kids. The pools were fantastic.
Movies in the room would have been great. Online it says there are DVD players and dvds but that is not the case.
