Accessibility to area activities

Initial check-in receptionist was rude and sarcastic. There was no freezer in the room as was requested and confirmed the week before our stay. There were ants in the room. We were woken up twice (once each day of our stay) by housekeeping staff (despite the privacy please card on the door).

New floor tile, and lovely new lobby w/ large breakfast area & lounge. Very tasty breakfast! Comfortable beds.

They were redoing the parking lot w/ fresh white paint everywhere. Was difficult to access lobby to register, & to unload car at back entrance.

1. Phone did not work to call the front desk from your room. You had to walk down if you had a question or needed something. 2. The TV could not be turned down to a low volume - it was too loud. I talked with the staff about it and they say management is working on it. Some sort of programming issue. 3. The bed had nothing but a top sheet - no comforter or blanket. And none in the room. As the phone did not work I had to walk down to the front desk to get a blanket. 4. The hotel has been renovated but it looks like it was done by a non professional on the cheap. The hotel is way over priced.

I like the fact I could take the windows out to try to air out our room as we try to sleep! I like that I wasn’t staying another night for sure! I like the fact when I asked the lady at the front Desk , if the manager could talk to me, he never contacted me before we left the hotel because she he just flat out refused to give any money back so this makes it easy writing this review and not worried about making someone look bad. Very very disappointed, thanks for making. This is review easy to write I even filed a complaint with corporate.

I didn’t like the fact the bed look like it was already slept in ,I didn’t like the fact all the other places were sold out, I didn’t like the fact we weren’t told ahead of time that those rooms were painted and there was a pretty strong odor back there. They moved everyone in our area. I felt really bad for the girl working on the desk cause I seen she just got to work. We got in pretty late. The kids didn’t feel well when they woke up in the morning definitely were not hungry around their appetite Daughter complained of a headache. Most the day wasn’t a very good trip through Zion not feeling well. Thanks best Western. Two thumbs down disappointed. But we’re getting ready to walk out. I would’ve been happy with half of our money back after having all day to get upset about it more I would like a full refund for their lack of concern.

Breakfast and location is great

Bathroom lights not working reported to the front desk but no one showed up to fix it. They had us move to a different room instead. The hallway smelled paint.

No microwave in room and the toilet was too low for a 6'7" guy.

Bed mattress still had the plastic wrapped around it so major sound every time you moved in bed. We were booked in another room first which totally smelled like smoke and then transferred. In general the hotel was a dump. Not kept up.

The staff was extremely friendly. Very nice that all of the staff was so pleasant. It was very nice.

All good.

the breakfast room was downstairs and felt a little like it was tucked away in the basement.

The faucet of the bathroom sink was tricky - kind of stiff.

The room was okay in size, the pool area is very nice

During checking, the girl with the green hair dismissed our concern that we couldn't lock the window (our room was on the ground floor!!). Only after repeated asking, we received a lock for the window. She also talked way too fast for us to understand. There were no carts for our luggage, we had to shlep everything inside on our own (we were on a several-week road trip). The shower curtain was too short in length and made the water splash all over the floor. The room door was extremely hard to open, a fragile/elderly person likely wouldn't be able to. The A/C was unreasonably loud, and the treadmill at the gym was broken.

The tub wouldn't drain. We were ther 4 days, asked that our room be cleaned and swept due to the sand we brought in. All housekeeping did was make our existing bedding. Didn't take out trash, sweep, rinse tub. The day desk person was out front at night into the morning looked as though she was extremely high. Our door didn't shut, we had to pull it shut.
