The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.The staff couldn’t be more helpful.
The bathroom could be changed e.g. toilets raised

the you g man working the front desk when we checked in was exceptional! he was kind and compassionate to our injured son and showed us where to park where the vehicle would be easily watched. we were impressed with the toaster oven in the room but didn’t need it. it was quiet and easy to rest
we did t have time to stay for breakfast… it looked like it was delicious

Nice friendly staff, 2 free water bottles, and the free breakfast.
Our first room there were two problems right away:
1- Toilet was plugged with tissue in the toilet.
2- The bed skirt was dirty with really gross noticeable marks.
Also I think they need to clean there air filtration, as the air coming out of the vent smelled dusty/musty. I unfortunately did not bring to there attention during my stay.
But they let me change rooms!

The hotel staff was lovely.
There was hair in the bath tub - unfortunately the bathroom was not cleaned properly.
In the future I will book directly with the hotel.

I certainly enjoyed the breakfast omelettes, personally made was great. Coffee was great, nice and strong.

The location was great because it was walking distance to some delicious restaurants like Blue Fin and Ninja. The breakfast in the morning was incredible! Make your own omelets, waffles and a large variety of teas. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
The handle to turn on the shower was not working properly. It was very frustrating and the shower curtain had lots of rips in it.

Lady with the long braided hair, was really nice, and cooked an excellent omelet. If she was responsible for the fruit salad and everything about the morning breakfast banquet, she deserves a raise and some kind of recognition!
Very clean and enjoyable in breakfast area.
Shower head very plugged with hard minerals from the water.
Shower temperature fluctuated several times to scalding which required jumping out of the path of the spray. Unable to redirect the head of the shower. Mentioned it to the front desk about the shower sprayer, but not the temperature extremes.

the staff are incredibly accommodating and the jacuzzi suite is fabulous. The lounge has a great pool table and the food is fantastic. Wonderful breakfast too!

The staff was very friendly, good location, very clean and quiet.
The gym room is very tiny with only 2 machines to workout. Not the most important thing for sure.

Friendly staff!
The heat wasn't working and they had to bring a block heater that didn't work properly. They had a pipe burst and the fire alarm was going off a few times and didn't answer the phone when I called down to ask if I had to go outside. The water was turned off without warning as I was in the middle of a shower. Wasn't worth the $180 for the night

Got charged for 3 rooms and only had 2 rooms for one night said boss will call and no call and said they would look at records and no reply my acct was charged for 3 rooms and no reimbursement 180 is alot of money to loose! Would not stay again 🙄

Breakfast was great! Nice to have a freshly made omelet, instead of a frozen egg mess.
Smelled like cigarette smoke in the room and hallways. Needs a good cleaning with hot water steam extraction!

The rooms were very quiet and roomy. The bed was excellent, very comfortable. The curtains kept the room dark at night. The breakfast was fantastic, omelet’s cooked fresh with any veggies you would like. Last but not least, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and a lovely person.
The shower was a bit hot and cold at times, but otherwise nothing to really complain about.

the location was close to my doctor’s appointment location.
I was given room 452 that had stale smell to it, a broken bathroom door and while I was showering the tub flooded with other people’s hair and pubic hair. It was disgusting.
