Other than the one elevator that was broken. I liked the ambiance. The property had everything I needed. Laundry room, Fitness room, my room. BREAKFAST was excellent! The STAFF were super accommodating!

The broken elevator. But that was minor. It went up but had trouble going down. I’m sure it’s fixed by now.

The location was great. The room was comfortable.

Somwhow I inadvertently reserved a room with handicapped accessibility. My own mistake. However with a family of 6 traveling, the room was not adequate for our needs. The shower had no drainage, so we flooded the bathroom. We couldn’t use the shower head that was affixed.and had to use the handheld shower head. The staff was very helpful and brought towels to mop up our disaster in the bathroom. Beyond that, the room was fine and had we had a non handicapped room we would have been perfectly happy to stay here again.

Property was located in a great location and we had a room that was perfect for taking my dog out and easy for my disabled mom to get in and out of without trouble.

The walk in shower that I specifically wanted for my mom was broken. I reported it when we left and they said they would get it fixed.

Very nice and people at desk were fantastic.

The hotel had no record of my Booking.com reservation even though I had my confirmation but the man at desk actually was able to get us an even bigger room for a lower price for my difficulty. The only negative was it didn’t have a shower, which was my main purpose for using this hotel due to my mom’s disability but that wasn’t his fault, all those rooms were occupied.

Convenient location, great suite! Perfect for our family of 6. The staff there is exceptional!

Two bedroom two bath suite was just right for my family.

Dirty- carpets not vacuumed, shower not clean, sofa and chair had a slight odor. Towel rack missing from the wall in bathroom. Tub in one shower drained poorly. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Walls and carpet in hallway and common spaces looked dirty and in need of replacement/paint.

Bed was super comfy. LOVE ceiling fans. Shower was clean and fantastic water pressure.

Hallway rugs very worn. Elevator not working correctly.

there were finger prints on our bathroom door in makeup or something red. there was black mold in the shower. the hallways seemed dirty even the carpet. the elevator was broken and the other wasn’t much better. the back door to the parking lot wouldn’t latch and the food was awful

Both were fine.

Price, hallways were dreary and not real clean.

The location was very convenient. There are several restaurants close by. It was close to the Interstate, although navigation is needed to find it. The room was very quiet and comfortable.

Several rooms had put trash outside their doors by early morning. It was unsightly. Also - when I checked out, I was asked whether I wanted an emailed receipt. I responded yes, but I have not received a receipt yet.

Hotel needs to be upgraded. And elevator is scary.
