the staff was super friendly and very accommodating. the room was very clean the bed was extremely comfortable and the whirlpool was very clean and worked well
unfortunately they put me on the second floor and there was no elevator I have some physical limitations that make stairs difficult but nothing else was available. the room was very basic and the floors extremely cold but it warmed up quickly enough to be comfortable. the price was higher because of the whirlpool unfortunately I paid close to the same for a room with a whirlpool at the Hilton in Cambridge so cost wise it wasn’t the best bang for my buck. if you’re staying with someone there is no privacy to change or shower it’s one room with a closed off toilet area. probably not an issue for most but I like my privacy when I’m getting ready to go out somewhere

The jacuzzi tub was nice after we had to clean it out due to dirt and hair still in it. Bed was comfy. Not a bad room I suppose if it was clean.
The cleaners definitely need to be retrained, there was a carrot under our couch, no pen or paper, no ice buckets, the shower window looked like it was not cleaned for years, the microwave oh boy!, I will never be staying at this place again. To only get a refund of 11$ for my room I think was uncalled for. Hundred percent disappointed!

The room was great.
I did not like that I could not call the office, there was no dirrect line to call to complain about the noise coming from another oom. It was so loud it kept me up all night and I got zero sleep that night. Otherwise the room itself was great, clean, lots of space, well layed out.

we didn’t stay. we checked in and saw the room and decided to leave.
the room looked dingy. the throw rugs were old, worn and falling apart. the bedding and towels were faded and thin. Not sure if the sheets were clean. there was a well used blanket for a bedspread. we had stopped to get food on our way to the room and as we started to eat a fly started hovering. that was when we decided to leave. The person at the desk was very kind and said he would not charge us (we were only there about 15 minutes).
