We enjoyed the tennis and basketball courts as well as having a full kitchen in the villa. It was nice to have the extra bed/pull out sofa which could be used in lieu of a twin bed for my big teen boys. Also love having the washer/dryer available. It was also nice to be able to obtain bags of ice from the front desk.

The room was very disappointing as we had zero view with an ocean front room on the 2nd floor. We saw nothing but trees. This was very upsetting as last year i booked the same way and had a beautiful oceanfront room on the 5th floor with a spectacular view. My husband and older son were able to come with us this year and didn't get the same experience that I and my younger son did last year. The 2nd bedroom is also really small considering how much space is wasted in the master bedroom. The pool area was ok but pretty small to accommodate this resort and it was annoying that security interrupted you to ask if you were going to use a table you designated for your family while you laid in a lounger. The family was enjoying the outdoor spaces like the courts, pool, etc. yet I was being asked about the use of the patio furniture. Like we couldn't leave the chairs if we were going to be out there.

Cleanliness and Things to Do! Very friendly staff! Modern rooms for the most part. Movie Theater and activities. Close to the beach. Jacuzzi, Pickleball, & basketball courts are Nice. Love the inside of Resort. It is very nice with a Mexican restaurant on property. Plus the rooms have 2 full bathrooms!!!

Great property dated on outside but modern on inside. Wish it had bike rentals on property. Jacuzzi in direct sun with no shade. Pool is next to the parking lot.

Great facility and parking. Staff was friendly and plenty of security and maintenance personnel providing a safe and comfortable stay.

The location is great and room was clean.

The pool is in the parking lot. The Tiki Bar was only open once, which the staff explained that the restaurant is separate from the hotel, but that was very disappointing. The room has one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, but if you need anymore you have to pay for it. There were no toiletries such as shampoo or soap. The air conditioning will not go below 70 so the room felt sticky and moist. After I checked out, my daughter realized that she left one outfit in the room and knew exactly where it was. I called and left 3 messages and never got a call back.

Everything! Had all amenities you could want and then some. Had activities throughout the day and even a Movie theater! The whole hotel was obviously updated recently and was clean! The main room/kitchenette and 2 bedrooms were spacious and the 2nd bathroom made it so convenient and private. Both the staff and the customers were so friendly probably due to the happy carefree "I ❤️ this place" atmosphere. Was kind of like a cruise ship in a way but you could explore the "island" at any time and not worry about getting back to the ship in time. Plenty of good eateries! Got lucky and watched a SpaceX rocket launch!

If you walk the beach you will want to take shoes off or have a towel for your feet as you come into your room or you will have sand everywhere. Of course they thought of this too and provide broom and dust pan in each room.
