Everyone was so friendly. The facility was beautiful inside and out. The breakfast was elaborate, including omelets, waffles, fruit, cereal, bacon, sausage, etc. Everything was cooked perfectly. There is a restaurant on site, and the food was delicious, and the adult drinks were on par. The bartender was very busy but managed very well. Although he could have been a bit more personable. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

The lever on the door was unscrewed most of the way when I arrived. I notified the staff to fix it.

Lowest class embassy suites I have ever stayed in. Needs update. Broken lamp, peeling mirror, no water pressure, little hot water, broken faucet top, few pillows, horrible quality restaurant and one person working- got order wrong as well.

The breakfast was very good and a wide selection to choose.

The water in the bathroom in the shower need to get hotter, and it would be nice if glass doors would be added to the showers.

We loved everything about this property and the breakfast was amazing! We will definitely be booking each trip to the Tampa area at this hotel from now on!

It was somewhat overpriced, but most of the hotels were at this time because of spring break anyway. Other than that everything was awesome.

Staff and facilities were amazing. Check in process was simple and quick. We were a family of 5 and the room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Great location near I-75 , the staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean...I reserved the King room with a sitting area.. it was very nice, clean and comfortable..I will definitely stay here again.

the breakfast was the best part.

The room smelt disgusting like damp or mould. The beds are not queens like stated and very uncomfortable. The AC unit in our room squealed so loud we barely slept. We brought it up to the front desk because unfortunately it was one of the worst stays we’ve had in a while and they brushed us off, being Military we stay at a LOT of hotels and come to Tampa a lot because we have family here but we will never recommend or stay here again. Being a Hilton I was surprised.

the lady checking us in was a bit rude. the side entry even though it was very clean it smelled of cigarette smoke.

The hotel was big and beautiful. The elevator was so cool. It has a pool and breakfast buffet. If you drink, they give you two complimentary drinks.

The pool was very dirty. Wish there was a jacuzzi to help relax while kids play in the pool, or after a long business meeting or trip.

Great location. Well lit parking lot. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was great! Made to order omelets as well as other hot items-scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, excellent grits, biscuits and gravy. The best breakfast buffet I've ever had at a hotel.

Kindest staff in the region!

The rooms were very nice, seprate living room from main bedroom. This was handy for us, since we travelled with 2 little children. The decor of both the rooms and the lobby was very nice.

Breakfast was available, but many things were served in single use items (yoghurt bowls, coffee cups, etc)

Everything was so clean, the staff at front desk was fabulous. Breakfast was fantastic!! Minnie was exceptional staff member for you.

Customer service was overall excellent but the price of the accommodation shouldn't have been that expensive than an average $100-150 range!
