Location was great, condo was amazing however it would have been nice to have the hot tub on the patio.

Fantastic location, great spacious apartment with lovely big terrace. Comfortable beds and everything lovely and clean. Very convenient with the parking garage. It's so good, we straight away booked another week for winter!

The check in was an absolute shambles, took almost one hour. One person working check in and large numbers of people arriving at the same time. No waiting space at the Beauvallon hotel reception so very difficult to socially distance. The staff were lovely and friendly, but this was an uncomfortable experience. Also we were unable to access or find the wifi network.

We loved the location as it was so serene yet so close to the village. The condo was in excellent shape and the size was perfect for us. The scenery from the balcony was so surreal. Loved it!

Shower in the master en suite was little small, wish it was little roomy.

WIFi has issues

The location is great for ski in/out and ability to walk to the pedestrian village. The balcony is huge and the condo has its own front door. View was good, too.

Condo has seen better days. It's dated and felt cheap. The 'third' bedroom was more of a sliding door cubby and was windowless. The real issue is management related: chipped and missing dishes, ripped and threadbare towels, the kitchen lacked basics like a cookie sheet and pancake flipper, the garbage can bag too small for the bin which made for needless mess. The rental price and luxury location lend themselves to higher quality provisions and more attention to detail. Parking spot underground is best for smaller cars.

could be more clear in welcome email that you needed to go to a local hotel to pick up your keys. we went straight to the property.
