Beds are always great as are size and cleanliness of rooms

Construction obstruction and alarm going off and staying on from 4:30 AM till 6:30 AM without any apology from staff when checking out in AM was not the hospitality level I have come to appreciate at this property.

Had the General manager gotten back to me after 2 voicemails and a message from Booking to discuss cancelation the rating might have been different. Only wanted to discuss options but customer service isn't an option for this location.

The room was very nice and clean, room service was great, a little pricey, but it was good.

Everything was good, but I like a bigger shower. Even with the glass doors, my phobia was on edge.

The breakfast was supposed to be included but was $14 a person and smelled horrible so we didn't eat. The beds were not queen size and very uncomfortable and the staff was rude at check in like we were interrupting their day. Also the lobby was under construction and we had the use the side door which was very difficult with my mother who is blind.

Great customer service at the front desk. There is so much construction going on a the building though and it looks disorganized. It is good for an overnight stay. I had a good night sleep.

Beds and pillows weren’t comfortable. Location needs some serious renovations.

The staff was amazing. Everyone I encountered during my stay was very friendly and helpful.
