Staff was very friendly and helpful when we picked up our keys. The room was beautiful and had everything needed for our stay.

We were up all night as the room across the hall from us were having a party until 4am.

Location was great and we love the bar restaurant downstairs.

The apartment was in an ideal location to observe the Welland Canal if you are interested in Ships.

There is Roko TV and we prefer the ability to get local programming.

Music was too loud. 1st evening played til 11 pm, 2nd night music was loud until well after midnight.

The room is the perfect size for our family and it is near restaurants, lake and a playground.

There was only one towel in the room. Called for more towels and never received. it’s ok, we really like the property.

Liked the location overlooking the Welland Canal.

Flloors needed to be mopped. Shower mat was needed to absorb water.

It was neat watching the boats go through the canal. Dinner outside by the canal was a bonus.

It would of been nice to have a balcony to sit on but at least we could sit across the road.

Great room, perfect spot for canal days event. Greg the owner could not have been more helpful and friendly. The restaurant menu looks interesting and delicious with good sized portions.

only issue was the stairs to rooms. Those were a bit hard on my wife and my knees. Not for those with mobility issues.

I did not have breakfast here, I usually had it on the road. The Inn had a spectacular view of Welland Canal. On my first night I ate at the restaurant outside right beside the canal. The dinner was excellent. The wait staff were exceptional. The room had very high ceilings and was spacious. There were three tall windows providing outstanding views. The location was very accessible to the boardwalk and many shops.

The room came with a little kitchenette. There were pots and pans supplied, but no stove to cook on. The sink and stopper could have been cleaner (Comet/Ajax work best). There were no small hand soaps or small bottles of skin lotion that are usually supplied in the bathrooms by other establishments. Be prepared for stairs as there are no elevators.

For my husband that was so picky.. this place made him happy on Father’s Day. With view, food is great, the room was huge for us with everything you need.

The view out our window was so Canadian - the shipping vessels going under the raised bridge. The room was huge with a great bit of kitchen utensils and coffee for guests. A great restaurant just downstairs with some of the best food we have have in our southern Ontario travels.

I was charged for the room by both Booking.com and by the hotel. Waiting on a refund from one of them.
