Could not get hold of room service after trying for 15 minutes + Went to the resturant cold potatoes and the eggs In the Bennidict were way over cooked ,like a hard boiled egg. Won't be going again.

Location was great. Likes having two rooms and patio.

Patio was dirty and furniture needs updating.

This property is our go to location when we go down to the scottsdale are. The staff is amazing, the rooms are modern and comfortable, and the courtyard areas make it the perfect place for a little boy to have a fun adventure.

The room and grounds were beautiful, easy check in and out, staff was friendly from the desk to the landscaper who greeted us in the morning.

The ONLY thing was the email reminder that checkout is at 11 came in at 7 am, and woke me. My fault my phone volume was up, but a slightly later notification would be welcome.

Bar munchies, pizza from pizza oven, fire pits.

I was told when checking out that I would get an email copy of my additional charges. I checked out at 10 am this morning and it is 10 pm the same day, and my email receipt STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. I do not know what they were. I agreed to the email copy to avoid waiting for a print out. That problem at check out has totally colored my opinion of the facility. Now I have to call in the morning and try to have someone track down my charges . BAD BAD BAD.

We love the Villa Patio Suites and the resort was beautiful. The food was awesome loved the chicken wings

The pool was amazing, the room was spacious, we enjoyed the grounds, and there were many restaurants nearby.

the bathroom sink was basically in the room without a door so it was not practical

There was so much space that although the hotel was busy, you didn’t feel it. The pool areas and bars were great! Can’t say enough about the staff! So friendly and helpful!

The location was great to old town Scottsdale. It was easy for Uber to locate. It was near a large number of desirable restaurants. The room were decent. The spa was very nice.

We had higher expectations that being our honeymoon that the resort would do a bit more. But I guess that was our mistake.

The location was great and the upgrade was perfect for my birthday. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Food in the restaurant was great

We didn't like that they only provided one comfy leather chair for sitting in front of the fireplace and couldn't find a second one for me. So my wife enjoyed the chair while I used a dining room kitchen chair. Also they provided a nice small kitchen idea with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in a great counter area, only the sink for clean up there only had cold water plumbed in to it and no hot. So for us to do dishes we had to bring hot water in from the bathroom in the ice bucket to fill the sink. Also they need to provide some dish soap.
