The cleanliness of the hotel and our guest room. Centrally located with free parking. Staff was pleasant. Loved that there were a choice of pillows, both fluffy and flat. The toiletries were excellent and there was a hairdryer in the bathroom. Pleasant hotel and restaurant staff.

The bed was too soft and very uncomfortable, did not sleep well at all. Breakfast was a disappointment, ordered Eggs Benedict and the English muffins were not toasted properly.

The staff was very accommodating and the food in the restaurant was very good. The location was good - it would have been great during the theatre season but our stay was in a winter storm.

The hotel has a history so that it gives it some charm, but the room disappointed. There were very few guests at this time of the week and year, but they were consolidated on one floor of the hotel and we could easily hear our next-door guest. The room was small and the bed was comfortable enough, but the bedding was rather flimsy. The heating unit blew the blackout curtain into the face of the person in one side of the bed, so we had to anchor it down so we could sleep comfortably. The site advertized free parking (which we got) and a fitness room, which apparently has not been available for some time. When I asked about it, I was offered a free pass to the YMCA a few blocks away, but since I asked during the evening in a snow storm, there was no way that this option was attractive. We felt that the hotel should be more transparent about this feature so guests can make an informed choice as this aspect was a consideration in our choice of hotel.

The location is great - downtown Stratford is at your fingertips, so many great local businesses are in walking distance! I also really liked that we had a personal concierge, that worked through text! It was so easy to make a request!

The staff were all wonderful. Very helpful,very friendly and always a smile. Room service breakfast was top notch!!

The room seemed uneven. Slight ramp up to bathroom and slight ramp up to jacuzzi tub.(I'm being nitpicky here) shower pressure could use some work but I also want to feel like I'm in a typhoon.

Great location in the heart of downtown Stratford. Easy walking distance to the theatres and other attractions. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was welcoming - very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was popular with and recommended by the locals, always a good sign.

The heat pump was a bit testy to operate and get the temperature regulated.

we wanted to be close to Stratford chef school.

We were worried because there was a hockey team staying there but kids were fine…

hallways and carpets very dirty bedroom carpet had plastic from a Covid test kit on floor no instructions on unusual bath tap thus I’d did not get hot water instructions would have helped me

The in-room whirlpool was great. The bed was comfy and the outdoor seating for the restaurant was great. I had never stayed at the Parlour Inn before, but I will stay again! It was easy to walk to theaters but there was also a convenient shuttle. We did both -- walk one time and take the shuttle another time.

if the bar could stay open later, it would be great!
