It is a cozy hotel the decor was nice.

The mattress allowed to barely sleep. the design of the room, was not great, I could very easily hear any and all travelers in the halls as I turned off my lights and was getting to sleep. I rented a car as I needed to move around for different things, I had to pay for parking during the day, for work, and during the night. I ended up spending more money on parking than on food. I think it would be nice for the hotel to disclose that there is no parking included, and that it is $30/24 hours. the parking is also around the corner, so if it is raining, you will get wet after you park and start walking towards the hotel.

Staff was super nice and always willing to help. Hotel was super clean, room was big enough and there was no noise at all, neighbourhood full of restaurants too

I liked the decor , being so clean, comfy beds , and front deck very welcoming

It’s hard to get a good night sleep with all the outside noise from cars and sirens

Hotel is worn. Shelf holding coffee pot fell off the wall . Had to ask for replacement paper cups each day as they collapsed when wet- needed for coffee and teeth brushing. Elevator jolts when arriving at floors.

The location is great and it is clear a lot of attention goes into making the lobby stand out.

This hotel has an active ant infestation. This is a huge problem considering a mini fridge is considered a luxury feature in this hotel and only afforded to those in a suite. We were unable to leave out any food, including for our dog. There is very much a feeling of being nickel and dimed for every little thing, made apparent by the $6 bottle of water prominently placed in the room or the charge by the hour early/late check-in/out. Service is lacking. At check-in, both agents at the desk were making small talk with another guest and ignored me for quite a while. Housekeeping is nonexistent. Our room was never serviced, and the hotel made this seem very standard (which it is not). You can get fresh linens and towels, but you have to go down and get them yourself and change the bed yourself. When getting them at night, the night clerk will leave them unattended on the desk and stare at his phone while you awkwardly pick up what should have been provided in a daily turnover. Very troubling considering this hotel already commands a higher price than some luxury hotels in the area. Don’t book here until management has made serious changes, including using some of their crazy profits to budget for an exterminator and housekeepers. On the positive side, they put a lot of effort into making the lobby look nice and have a great location. But that in itself is indicative of a larger problem. They put up a fresh outward appearance and rely solely on location, leaving the actual substance inside to rot.

Great location, friendly staff & quiet.

I’m really sensitive to fragrance & the lobby area seemed to have a strong air freshener, but not a deal breaker!
