Location was good especially for the event I was attending. A lot of traffic.

The key card would not work for my room. I and my son had to come down at five times to get the key card to be rebooted. Very frustrating. I didn’t see it was $40.00 per car to park your car.

It’s great! Right off the 405, you can go anywhere, and during peak hour you can easily jump on a surface street and get around the majority of it! The staff are great! 24/7 Valet, Security Presence at night in the lobby which is great, he’s very nice! The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable! The views are good, balconies are locked for safety. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the view from it is awesome!

It’s strictly Valet parking, we would have preferred a self park option. But it wasn’t that big of an issue.

Too noisy during the night because of highway traffic. The parking lot is not open to the customers but only valet parking. And, it charges $40 for valet parking service which was not disclosed during the time when booked with booking.com

The noise

My room was incredibly comfortable and clean.

I would like the freeway noise to be blocked out a little better. But, it was nice to have a balcony.

The location could be a good factor however it was very noisy due to the bad sound isolation. You could hear all noises coming from the near highway.

Noisy, old style decoration, toilet had a transparent door, air ventilation in bathroom didn’t work.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very easy to get in and out of. The valets were super attentive, and the front desk receptionists were welcoming and informative. It overlooks the 405 freeway, so it was very efficient for getting around town. It was clean, modern, and a good value for the price in that area.

The room was small but not tiny--so it was still comfortable. There was a little freeway noise, but it wasn't anything that kept us awake.
