Free tea, coffee, and chocolates all day long, breakfast buffet is a plus, convenient location and friendly staff; there is a small bowl filled with bone-shaped biscuits for dogs outside the hotel gate, which is so cute!

This was our first time staying at this hotel. The staff was amazing and it was such a friendly atmosphere! The staff continually went out of their way to ensure that the guests had a great stay!

The location is great
The hotel is dirty. It has a rustic charm and probably has a lot of history behind it, but a property can be old and clean. The bathroom is awkward. There's no door to separate it from the wardrobe

The AC blows on the beds and since you can't open windows (very close to Capitol) you have no choice but have AC on all the time.
There was lots of light coming through the gaps around the door -- made it difficult for us to sleep.
Even though the hotel rooms and hallways were updated, the bathroom was not and the vent didn't work well.
Breakfast is not good. There are many things offered but nothing is good.

The location is amazing! The staff is super accommodating. I had a room for myself and my son and a room for my parents. They were upgraded to a suite with a kitchenette. It was so comfortable, really wonderful stay. We'll definitely come back.

The staff was amazing - helpful and very friendly! Everything was run extremely well. The location was super close to the Metro - we could go anywhere. We used the scooters that were nearby and got wherever we needed. Super comfy beds and bedding!
The sliding door in the bathroom did not work well and was too antiquated. The ergonomics of sink, faucet and towel bar in the bathroom did not work well. Definitely not enough light - hard to see and impossible to read.

we had 5 people in our party. room was large enough with pull out sofa and kitchen. we had to ask every day for extra towels. one day we had towels but no washcloths 🤪
