Great location with very nice view over the city and bay. The room had a balcony and two large windows. The people working at the hotel was so nice to us and especially our kids. The restaurant was a great experience as well and here the people working there was so nice and chatty. It’s located right at the beach and you can go directly there from the pool area. The pool was heated which was a nice surprise because it was a bit windy the day we arrived.

Room was a great value. Staff was exceptional. Location was great.

Would have been great to rent a paddle board from the hotel.

At our arrival the front desk staff was super Rude , they ask questions that made no sense (request ID for minors) ask how many people on the room . the whole time we felt so uncomfortable walking in to the hotel there was no smiles everyone all grumpy ( maybe cause we visit from the south and we are friendly). we pay a good chunk of money to be treated so bad . if I’m looking for a hotel this would be my last option on my next vacation.

The location is great - walkable to Bal Harbour Shops

Rooms are very tired - bathroom fixtures old and decor outdated. We left prescription glasses in the room on Friday and we’re told that the lost and found didn’t open until Monday…

The hotel was nice. Location to beach was perfect. Pool was warm. Food was great. service was good.

loved the location on the beach, great beach chairs, great little cafe and corner bay suite with sunrise and sunset views. beach and bay views!

The room was never cleaned (3 days) and coffe supplies for fresh coffe at the room were not provided

fantastic location! despite the fact that hotel is rather old, everything is kept tidy and in a good condition. There where not many guests in the hotel, everything was quiet and no one disturbed. we’ve arrived at 9 o’clock and have been checked in immediately, that was very pleasant bonus

Style of hotel was great, bed was super comfortable.Beach and pool were close and well maintained.

Not sure there was any need for parking charges.But everyone seems to charge around Miami.

The property was clean and the room was a nice size.

The "pool service" staff on the grounds was not pleasant. Saw the "pool service" guy every day and he did not even smile let alone seem helpful. They do not offer food or drink service at the pool or beach so his job is to scowl at people and get them a towel I guess. The beach chairs close promptly at 5 pm so you can't watch the sunset from a beach chair on the beach. I would recommend this for a business hotel more than a resort for these reasons.

Location was perfect. Right near the beach, and it was walkable distance to shopping areas, and restaurants.
