The receptionist gave us no welcome what so ever used no manners at all we had a room above kitchens we were woken every day at 5.30 am doors banging taps being run and pots clanging Other guests had no consideration for others Same breakfast everyday served through a hatch in a polystyrene box and no decaf coffee

Realized in the morning how dirty the room was! We left very early since we felt too gross to get ready there.

Room clean, quiet most part, lady at front desk friendly. I would recommend and will stay here again.

Breakfast, no toast, need more choices, and especially not allowed to eat inside is ridiculous, Bacon was good.

I would never stay at this hotel. I was assigned a room on the first floor. I went to my car, grabbed my items, and walked down a dark hallway leading to my room. After I opened the door, a man lurking in the shadows approached me. I immediately felt uncomfortable. I returned to the front desk, and checked out. I was still charged for my stay. I called two days later, explained my situation, and the woman at the front desk said I could expect a refund in 3-5 days. 6 days went by without a refund. Today I called again. This time I spoke with the manager. He told me no refund would be given because I booked through a third party, booking.com. Instead, he'd investigate which employee would have told me that false information. Campbell Inn's manager was unapologetic and rude. He did not care about my experience. He argued the hotel is safe and no one has ever complained. I shared that may be true, but I felt very unsafe and his disregard for my situation was unacceptable.

Born & Raised in San Jose all siblings stayed there for family function. The park & walking trail across the street is very beautiful. Arrived early approx. 10;00 AM. Reception held all luggage until check in.
