The coffee was not great so we just went out for some. The location was just beautiful and convenient

The price was higher than expected Through Booking.com we were quoted 287$/ night for everything but we got charged 360$ it kind of left a sour feeling.

Beautiful view, pleasant balcony. Spacious room with good bath and shower. Kind helpful host.

Bed small, breakfast very bad. Just one banana each for two days works out to half banana daily! Awful inedible cheap muffins

Clean, comfortable, quite and cozy closed to nature we love the place and the host is very nice and friendly.

Everything is very nice it's a little warm and better if there is an AC or at least a fan.

The washboard dirt road(s) it takes to get to it. A bit of an uphill walk from the parking area to the suite. Not an issue for me, but elderly or anyone with mobility issues would have difficulty. A drip coffee maker would be a nice improvement to the Bodum. For me at least.

This property was advertised as a B &B, but there was a minimal offering of food for the first day, and no breakfast thereafter. The visitors book raves about the wonderful cooking and breakfasts, so to be offered nothing was very disappointing. The unending list of “do nots” was almost insulting ... both by email and listed in the room. No servicing for four days' stay.

The bed was very soft. The linens were wonderful. Nice view from the deck.

The kitchen was difficult. I had to balance the electric kettle on the edge of the sink. The reviews had raved about the cooked breakfast but after my booking was confirmed I realized this room did not have a breakfast option. Also,t he packaged oatmeal was quite inadequate. That part was disappointing.

Armand Heights is a perfect little getaway house above the trees with a nice skyline view and a peek of Vancouver in the distance. The suite was so clean and cozy, the host was friendly and gave us some great tips, and the light breakfast was a great start to our day. Added bonus of a dog to greet you when you arrive. We look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.

Paper thin walls, you could hear adjacent guests talking in normal voices. Instant coffee, no milk available not even CoffeeMate. Remote location on a dirt road.
