The location is convenient.
Hotel is extremely dated. Not enough blankets, towels, etc. Hard to find someone working there in the evening. Didn't really use any of the amenities. Just slept there. Would not recommend.

I liked the food at the hotel’s restaurant, the bar was very nice, and the pool was clean and warm. I was very comfy in my hotel room.
There was too many drunk people at the bar. A adult came up to my 12 year old daughter and started to hit on her. He even recorded her while she was swimming at the pool which creeped her out *Pedophilism*. I think the hotel needs to try keep people sober by limiting things like the amount of drinks they can have for example maximum 4 or 5 drinks per day.

Self check-in, motel style in that the doors all face outside, and you can park right in front of your room, but the rooms don’t feel like motel rooms. Very comfortable bed, marble-ish floors, nice bathroom, pool and other facilities…really feels like a fairly nice hotel.
Silverware, plates, coffee cups, drinking glasses are in the cabinet, but I had to wash them myself before using them because they hadn’t been washed properly, and the coffee maker had a used filter still inside it, coffee grounds and all.

Self check in.
Hair all over the place, dirty sinks, and visible dust and dirt. They charge a $60 cleaning fee when obviously they don’t clean anything, on top of that, they don’t offer housecleaning during stay. Ridiculous. The refrigerator is so loud, it woke me up in the middle of the night.

- staff was very friendly, responsive, and helpful
- everything (while outdated) was very clean
- on my “check in feedback” I mentioned the mattress was horrible. The staff was there the next day with a new mattress!!! They actually offered to swap out the entire bed but that felt extreme. Replacement mattress was so much better.
- reasonably quiet (minus the woman upstairs with a dog)
- dish soap and a dish rack would be great additions.
- paper towel dispense hanging from the shelf would be helpful. So much touching of the roll!
- the website/name of the location indicates a hotel... it is a motel. It was alarming to discover that as a single female traveler arriving late at night. This should be visible info.
