Breakfasts were both fabulous! Beautifully presented and very tasty! Accolades to the chef and server!

The squeaky doors and floors were disconcerting in the night! The bathroom is in desperate need for a do over! Lovely antiques were covered in dust!

Location was great! Short walk to town and the marina. Hosts were very friendly and hospitable. Very interesting and charming home. Window A/C unit provided in such an old property.

Since there is no sink or fridge in the room (bathroom is shared), it would be nice to at least have glasses and carafe/bottle of water provided in the room. While the breakfast was tasty and hot it certainly wasn't a full English breakfast as advertised on Booking.com and so fell short of expectations. Furthermore, I don't drink coffee/tea but was only offered water as an alterative, no juice.

Owners said they were overbooked so we were sleeping in their personal bedroom. Jokingly told us not to open the drawers! It was very very accommodating of them to give us their room! The alternative was to cancel our reservation! Thanks❤️

Lovely people, beautiful house, great location within walking distance of downtown and Boathouse restaurant on the water. Nice hot breakfast with interesting other guests.

My mistake: the room was tiny and down the hall from the shared bathroom.

Ross and Ginet are such gracious hosts. They made us feel welcome in their beautiful home. They prepared such tasty breakfasts for us. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We would gladly make a return visit the next time we’re in Midland.
