El alojamiento no recibió a ningún huésped no le funcionó el sistema de checin

It was close to the venue I was going to

Found dirty sheets and extra pillow cases under the covers the toilet was over flowing and running for three days and there was NO parking at all the room had a dingy smell and the toilet and shower wasn’t clean upon arrival I didn’t understand how the sheets were already dirty upon arrival

I did not stay. We could not go because my husband had gone to the hospital. I asked for my money back but no response. I call but can never get thru to the hotel.

Clean room, decent breakfast offerings.

We had to call the hotel from the airport to figure out how to get to the pickup spot for airport shuttle, which was a bus and a train ride away from the actual arrivals terminal. I wouldn’t have minded if there was clear signage but it was impossible to tell how to get to the pickup spot from either the airport signs or the website (which just gives the general hotel number). At the end of our stay, they said the shuttle left every half hour from the hotel on the 15s and 45s. We came down 10 minutes early at 10:05 for the 10:15, which didn’t show up until 10:30. I checked with staff at 10:20 and they just said it was late, 5 minutes away. Once it arrived, the driver got out, loaded our bags without saying a word, and hung out in the lobby. We realized at 10:35 they were just going to wait until 10:45 and skip the 10:15 shuttle completely. There were so many people backed up waiting at that point and we had no faith it would even leave on time at 10:45 so we took a Lyft. Really frustrating experience.

The staff was very kind.

The air was just not getting cold.

La señora que nos recibió, lo hizo de muy mala manera. Se quejó de que nuestra reservación era con Booking y no directamente con el hotel. Llegamos como a la 1 am porque la aplicación de Booking decía que el hotel podía recibirnos.
