The room was quiet and comfortable. The Manager is very nice.
The female employee (Sharon) persistently makes off-color remarks; like a child looking for an argument. Or, she prefers Chinese guests, only.

Hotel is located in Queens, a little further from the Manhattan, but there is a metro station very near. Location seemed to be safe and there was a shopping mall within 10 minutes distance. Staff was extremely nice and helpful!!

Hotel was very old with no extra amenities (coffee mugs but no coffee maker in room), but everything seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. It met the need of giving me a place to sleep after a canceled flight and my Uber driver shared that the area is a safe one with lots of good Asian cuisine!
All decor seemed very, very old. Confused about coffee mugs but no coffee maker is room.

Whilst the hotel wasn't flashy or fancy, it was exactly what we needed. Close to Citi Field, close to a subway station, surrounded by excellent restaurants (in the heart of Chinatown), so I can't recommend this hotel highly enough., Don't expect flashy, expect a modestly priced stay and you will be surprised!

No breakfast, hadn't booked (is there, in fact?)
The room had a nice yellow colour on the wall behind the beds, so with pleasant old-fashioned lamps on the bedside table the room had some warmth. Bathroom okay.
The airport taxi had been ordered and was waiting outside at agreed time.

Great. friendly and helpful staff. Third trip there. Will always book stays at this hotel. Good value and location.
WiFi can be spotty but when I mentioned a problem they immediately offered working alternatives.
