Great location, clean, very cute rooms!

Mattress was much too soft for our liking. Ended up with sore backs. But that's more of a personal preference.

Easy check-in. Wonderful staff. Great location.

The AC unit needed cooperation and alignment of settings from other rooms in order to work. Wasn't independently controlled.

Great location being on the main strip. 2 awesome coffee/breakfast shops across the street. There is a small kitchen and cute outdoor eating area and we wish we could spend more time at the hotel but we where with friends. Not far to the beach (walk) or bike/drive 2min to manitou beach with a playground. Friendly community, vary quiet and i’m noise sensitive. We had our daughter and it was squished but made it work for all of us to sleep there. Only 2 comfy chairs inside but we made it work.

The location of the motel was good.

The accommodation was small. There was no space for suitcases. The bathroom had insufficient towel racks. The bedroom barely had space to move around it. Our stay was over the Aug long weekend; it seemed the hotel was price gouging.

Didn't like the chairs in the living room - took up too much room and not comfortable.

The staff was amazing and did everything they could to ensure a comfortable stay. They even allowed us to check in early so my husband could do a work zoom call from the room. The room was simple but spotless. It was great to have the little kitchenette and fridge in the room. The location was absolutely amazing, close to the general store, the cafe and the beaches.

The rooms were spotless, and we were comfortable enough. The lone staff person we met/spoke with (Nancy) was polite, helpful and contributed to our enjoyment with the stay.

The small windows on the side and at the back of the room did create a bit of a claustrophobic feel, but this was a minor issue for us.

obviously recently updated but not finished .Needs coat racks, towel rack ,soap dish, pictures on walls ,a comfortable chair . The pictures on booking,com did not show this room .

Location is outstanding, near many parks and really close to the general store and the Naramata Inn restaurant

Great location, excellent friendly staff. Cute unit that came fully equipped with kitchen.

TV and internet were not working. Loud between units. Expensive for one night’s stay, for a motel style. On top of that, guests are responsible for doing their own dishes fully.

Fantastic place! Great location right next to a couple coffee shops and general store and short walk to a couple restaurants. The managers were absolutely amazing, so friendly and welcoming! Whenever we saw them they always asked if we needed anything, and they even picked some strawberries and squash for us from their local garden! Strong recommendation :)

The price was a bit higher than we expected for mid-September (1k total for 4 nights). But perhaps that is normal for this part of the Okanagan nowadays. We haven't been there for years, what do we know.

we absolutely loved the fact that we had our own sit down pad outside the room to enjoy the ambiance of our location and to relax after an extensive touring. Also having the use of a BBQ made it easy to cook our meal and enjoy a quiet evening. The hot water was nice as you did not have to turn any cold on to have a shower.

I was overly charge, they talked about Suite and the room was less than 90 square feet, there were no hangers, the bathroom plumbing had a problem; they charge me $221.CDN for a clean Motel 6. I am planning to contest that price which was too much for a room that was not a suite.

Couldn't get into the first room and room 8 the ac was broken so I sweating bricks all night. Didn't even sleep there the next night

My partner and i had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Suites. We stayed at the pet friendlly suite. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. The couple host went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensured we had everything needed to make our stay even more comfortable. Without doubt, we recommend this place!

Very very clean and comfortable. Great washroom and powerful shower! Nice that each suite has its own outside patio space to sit and enjoy food and wine in the sunshine. Lovely little place, close enough to wineries, beach, trails and coffee shop. We loved it and will definitely return. We also appreciated how dog friendly they were and welcoming.

Not all suites have washing facilities other than the washroom sink, felt that they all should have space/Sink to wash pots if needed, as there is facilities like a microwave etc.
