The bathroom door didn’t lock but other than that no complaints. Staff was very friendly, beds were super comfortable and room was clean.

Been going here for years. It's my home away from home.

Our room was cozy with many nice touches. All the amenities were provided. The outdoors was pretty and inviting. Breakfast was nice with several options. Fresh fried potatoes and eggs, fruit, yogurt. Starbucks hot drinks and juice.

Hot tub was only mildly warm, pool cool, sauna took awhile to warm up. Hours 9am-9pm. Our bed squeaked and pillows were too full.

We had to stay due to our road being closed from the snow storms. When booking our room the booking app froze. When it reloaded, it unknowingly changed our check in dates. So when we arrived there was no current reservation for us. Angelica at the front desk went above and beyond to help us figure it all out and made our stay great!

Room was dated but very clean. Loved the little electric fireplace in the entertainment center. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of items to choose from.

It was pretty quiet, which is always a plus. The beds were comfortable. We really liked the electric fireplace. It put out enough heat to really warm the room.

This is the only place I stay in Redlands. It’s perfect!

The service was excellent, I actually loved the atmosphere, and the music that was played in the background really set the place apart. It made it very comfortable and especially for me not to be familiar with the area it did help me feel very comfortable especially since I was a solo traveler. Would definitely stay here again!

Some of the appliances kept turning on, and the radio had static but I just unplugged it and boom simple fix but other then that the stay was very comfortable.

It's an old school motel but has every amenity possible....extra toothbrushes, comb, freestanding fireplace in the room, well made comfortable bed. The kitchen lady was thoughtful and caring. This seems to be a spot for Big Bear overflow.

Everything was great. Grounds were clean...the only thing we can think of is a light near the bed with hook ups for electronic device recharging.

to many animals!! I had an allergic reaction from either a dog or cat. more people staying had dogs then not.

Pikes Place Coffee!! I mean… Whole breakfast was very good. I liked the smaller sized yogurt and muffins, so I could eat a balanced breakfast and have a little treat, too.
