The location was easy. Tims across the street.

The place needs a good cleaning. It is looking a little run down. Some of the bad western decor especially the stuff above the main door.

The front desk staff member on checkout (Sept 19) was unfriendly, rude & argumentative. This person needs a few lessons in manners and customer service! Please stop using so much plastic at your breakfast! Terrible example of disposable and single use plastic!!

Checkout took a little long

Room was not clean. Hair and food particles all over the room. Lights and clocks had to be manually plugged in. Appliances and room outdated.

The first room we were booked into smelled HORRIBLE!!! Like it had been smoked in years ago and a coat of paint just cant cover that up. It was terrible! The staff was very kind and moved us to another room no problem. Very nice staff.

The place is old. The beds are old and hard. Worn out. Maybe the price could be reflected better. Def not worth the money we paid. But the staff were nice.

Was super close to the place where AB/NWT AAC Regionals were held. Continental breakfast was delightful.

Bed was uncomfortable and it was in the suite. Had to pay for an upgrade even tho it wasn’t my error in booking - they did not contact me to see if I needed a pet friendly room like all the other places do on booking.com. There was hair in the towels and housekeeping didn’t even notice. Fridge is too small. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way.

I booked two pet rooms in October to attend an event received a confirmation. three hours before I was to arrive found out they weren’t going to honor my reservation as they didn’t have any pet rooms and were overbooked with a large event. Rather than honor the longer reservation they chose to leave me high and dry.

It was very basic, nothing fancy at all. Clean. Fine for the weekend for a place to rest at the end of the day.

I was travelling for a Regional dog championship and booked our room Dec 1, 2022for June 22-26, 2023. This was one of the host hotels for the event. At the time of booking I wrote down under special requests that we would have our dog with us. I also reviewed all policies on Booking.com and it said pets welcome, nothing else. No where did it say we needed to call to ensure we had a pet room reserved. I assumed everything was good to go. A day or two before travelling, several people I know were notified by the hotel directly that they were not able to accommodate them and their dogs. This was despite the fact that they too had booked months in advance and told the hotel they would be bringing their dog(s). We quickly called the hotel on June 21 and were fortunate to get the last dog room they had. Ridiculous stress at the last minute when the hotel had almost 7 months to contact us and tell us we needed to verbally confirm we had a dog and would need a dog room. Some of the other competitors had to go to Calgary to find pet friendly rooms.

All was good

I not sure if would stay there again. They allow dogs. Let me tell you there were so many dogs. Terrible. One couple had 5 small barking dogs

Everything was great. Room, breakfast, staff and facility was above our expectation.

The location was fine a little crowded. The food layout needs attention...rearrange the waffle machine it caused a mess. The staffer was not available most times to tend or replace food.
