AC unit needed to be serviced - we stayed here for three nights reported issues to reception first and Devon morning. Room was like an ice box. Also a strange electrical hum which we couldn’t quite locate - again reported but nothing was done about it. Booked B&b but on checkin were informed that the hotel did not offer this and when I showed the booking details they agreed to give us a $50 for breakfast. For three of us breakfasts averaged over $70 - lovely breakfast menu but with the prices it meant that we were left to pay the excess for the three mornings meals. Staff were hit and miss - two of the ladies who served breakfast could honestly not have been nicer - really pleasant and interactive. The rest of the staff however could definitely have been better. In all for the price we were disappointed.

Very dated and old carpet in room seemed dirty, furniture chipped, even the lobby furniture as old and dirty. Was very surprised after having stayed here when it was new 24 yrs ago and it seems to be decorated the same.

Hotel bem localizado com opções de restaurantes e cafés para ir à pé. Acomodações muito boas, tudo organizado, funcionando e limpo. O manobrista Walter merece 5 estrelas!

Houve uma falta de comunicação sobre o café da manhã incluso na reserva que acabou dando questionamento sobre cobrança, porém no checkout tudo foi acertado.

Café da manhã perfeito, contudo, houve uma confusão no primeiro dia pois reservei pelo BOOKING.COM com café da manhã incluso e eles não souberam muito bem como lidar com isso.

Quartos BEM antigos. Aquecedor NÃO funcionou mesmo depois que foram no quarto tentar consertar, já tarde da noite. Esperava algo mais moderno do hotel tendo em vista seu hall.

It was a great disappointment, I thought it was better than the others because of the photos, but it was only that photos and decoration in the common areas, the rooms are old, the carpet smells ugly, they are not hygienic and more with the virus situation than There is now . a hotel night more than 200usd and they charge you up to a bottle of water, incredible. The shower had a curtain, any hotel of those prices should have glass even if it is for hygiene. The dinner menu, we had to leave everything, we asked for room services and the squid were fried bread and the plate full of oil, really a bad experience, I bought it from the photos and it looked more "new" than others but it was that, only photos.
